Love them or hate them, this 1983 Chevy ¾ ton 4x4 was given to me not running. The drive train has about 10,000 miles on it and the electrics just quit. The owner took the electrics all apart and let it sit for 2 years. After putting it back together I found with the help of my neighbor a fusible link After replacing it the truck runs quite well. 1982 Chevy 6.2L Diesel
Starting my 1982 Chevrolet C10 with the factory 6.2L Detroit diesel. This
is with the engine cold (sitting overnight) at about 80 degrees ambient.
The buzzing (and red light on the dash) is the seat belt warning.
37419 COLD START
37419 Trying it's best to start in very cold conditions on the 8th February
2007 at Old Oak Common Depot LONDON UK.
The temperature on this date was -01c - 30.21F .
The power unit is clearly COLD hence the reason it is struggling to
start.It does start once the cylinder temperature rises around the 1:12 min
So,Please, Please stop telling us all how cold it is in your country this
video is not about that.All comments made about how cold it is in your

Chevy 6.2 Diesel Trouble! Help!
My 6.2 diesel chevy is making tons of noise, It has regular oil pressure,
not losing coolant, the noise quiets done after it is warm but it is still
there,the previous owner ran straight vegetable oil in it without any
heaters so is this just a plugged injector? or is it a shot piston? or? I
feel it alot in the clutch pedal regardless if i push it in or its out. but
the whole motor just shutters and it feels like something is going to come
apart. SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT! THANKS FOR ANY HELP!!

Hi, CORVAIRWILD here. A little about me and what I do: First, I love my
wife of many years, she is a wonderful lady. I call her Mrs CW. I can never
go anywhere without her & my Dog Muggs! He's cool. You should have a dog
like him too. Next, I am a landlord, NO, not a slumlord who does section 8
apartment rentals, but I keep my properties up like they were my own...they
are my own! Like I live there. I have lots of apartment buildings, a farm
out in the country and a house here and there. I am always doing something,
driving rehabbing, you name it! I want to include you, so I bring my
camera! EVERYWHERE! Haha.
Did I mention I am a car enthusiast! I can't get enough Covairs and Vintage
Chevy and GMC trucks. They have great reliability...all of em' the best
vehicle on the road ever is a Corvair Spider turbo. Back to the trucks, I love the diesel
trucks and suburbans, Blazers too. That's what I plow snow with. A fisher
