Even if there's an element of family van in the new Porsche Cayenne turbo, this Swabian sports SUV does have a little more to offer: V8 bi-turbo with 500hp, which even at 2250 revs has the maximum torque of 700 N/m available. The Cayenne is also suitable for off-road use. It may take some willpower to get the chic 21" wheels and their expensive tyres muddy, but thanks to the Off-Road button, two additional height levels and electronic longitudinal and lateral differential locks, the Cayenne can deal with life off-road just fine.

Freiburger wanted to do a Jeep trip, so Finnegan bought an old Willys flatfender--one that had been turned into a two-wheel-drive rat rod using some very sketchy fabrication. The normal Porsche Cayenne turbo boasts a 4.8-litre V8, with 493bhp and 700Nm of torque. It can reach 0-62mph in just 4.7 seconds, too. READ MORE HERE: http://bit.ly/1fxMdqb On the other hand, the Cayenne turbo S will cost you £20,460 more than the standard car. But for that, you'll get an extra 49bhp and 50Nm of torque. Top speed also increases to 175mph. The Cayenne turbo S also gets extra features such as active torque vectoring, and a clever anti-roll system. All this does make the standard Cayenne turbo feel somewhat lacking, especially around the track. You really can feel the extra power that comes with the Cayenne turbo S, though. In the corners, the anti roll bar system helps to improve body control, while traction is also quite decent. But even in the standard Porsche Cayenne turbo, body control is quite good, especially considering it's a big SUV. There's a nice, natural feeling to the car and it's quite a simple car to drive. The standard car finished a flying lap in 1 minute 14.1 seconds. The Cayenne turbo S, meanwhile, managed to complete its flying lap in 1 minute 13.50 seconds. This is my 2008 Porsche Cayenne turbo at Palm Beach International Raceway. I have a GIAC flash, EVOMS Intake, EVOMS diverter valves, and Tubi Exhaust. ZR1 at the end needed a better driver. I offered tips on how to drive it considering I owned a Z06 before the Cayenne turbo, but he did not listen. :-)
