132630 / 1978 Pontiac Trans Am
For more information on this vehicle visit http://tinyurl.com/76vcnql This extremely rare 1978 Gold Special Edition Trans Am is an all original investment grade pony car that combines enduring Pontiac performance with some of the best visual sizzle to ever come out of Detroit. Assembled at GM's Norwood Ohio manufacturing facility in July of 1978, this gold Trans Am was taken right up the road to Brown Motor Sales in Toledo Ohio and promptly sold to Pamela Kudelka who has owned it for almost 34 years. The car has been immaculately maintained and features an original coat of GM code 50 Solar Gold paint on top of 100% original body panels that have never been wrinkled or repaired. Since the car has never been disassembled, it still displays completely factory accurate panel gaps that look surprisingly good and provide great panel alignment. On top of the spectacular Solar Gold paint, a set of full outlining stripes complements an awesome brown, yellow and gold screaming chicken hood decal which amps the cars visual appeal up from 'radical' to 'out of this world'. Under the hood you'll find this Trans Ams all original L78 V8 which, at 400 cubic inches was the largest muscle car engine you could buy in 1978. At the top of that motor, an original Rochester 4 barrel carburetor sits under the cars awesome shaker scoop. Below that carburetor, original GM corporate blue paint coats the entire block and original Exhaust manifolds send Exhaust into a high performance factory Exhaust system. All the hard parts around the motor, from the belt driven accessories to the brake Booster and air conditioning hanging on the fire wall are factory original; and as expected tags, markings and stamps are just where they should be from the date coded core support to the gold painted cowl tag. Underneath this Trans Am, a super solid 33 year old undercarriage tells the story of years of excellent maintenance and treatment with rock solid floor pans that still display most of their factory undercoating. Behind the motor, an original 3-speed automatic transmission sends power to an original code GM8 Posi-traction rear axle that's loaded with street friendly 2.56 gears. The cars original suspension, which includes Trans Am spec sway bars, shocks and springs combines with power front disc brakes and rear drums to provide great stopping and handling. All of the cars hardware and bushings appear to be in good shape and out back, a new stainless fuel tank is solid and leak free. Power flows to the pavement through fresh 225/70 Firestone Firehawk radials that are wrapped around the cars original Special Edition exclusive 15 inch cast aluminum wheels. Inside the car you'll find a stylish blend of original Camel Tan upholstery and Special Edition Trans Am exclusive gold trim. The cars original seats are comfortably firm and, carrying vinyl that is thicker than typical pony car attire, look like they should be in a much more modern, much more expensive car. Below the seats, tan carpet shows minimal wear and tear considering it's been through 33 years of Ohio winters and has likely been carefully protected by the cars rubber floor mats the whole time. Between the seats a simple Camel Tan console houses a storage bin behind the cars automatic shifter, and above the seats, a stain free headliner is stretched tight around the cars mirrored tops. In front of the driver, an excellent looking engine turned dash houses crystal clear gauges above controls for heat and air conditioning and the cars never removed Delco-GM stereo. At the sides of the seats, thick Camel Tan door panels feature bright stainless trim and chrome handles for the doors handles and windows. Connecting the driver to the road is a correct gold steering wheel with a Camel Tan rim and a correct gold screaming chicken horn button. Take it to the Pontiac Nationals or drive it to work when the weather is nice, either way, you can't go wrong with this Trans Am!

1968 Plymouth Barracuda Classic Muscle Car for Sale in MI Vanguard Motor Sales
http://www.ClassicCarBuyingSecrets.com Click now for an instant download on "How to Avoid the 7 Deadliest Mistakes of Buying a Classic Car Online"! If you look up Vanguard Motor Sales in a thesaurus, one of the first words you might find is "Mopar". That's because we've spent the few years bringing Mopar fans the greatest array of exceptional cars ever offered for sale. This stunning purple Supercharged 1968 Plymouth Barracuda continues that tradition and presents you, the serious collector, with yet another chance to expand your collection. This Cuda went through an extensive restoration in 2007. The solid metal body is straight, clean and rust free. There is no bondo, no waves and no ripples. After all that hard work, the car was sprayed with its beautiful purple metallic paint. The result is a fantastically straight Cuda that looks like it could have rolled out of Dodge Main yesterday. Panel gaps, door and trunk lips and margins are exceptional, the doors and trunk open and close with very little effort and the cars deep purple metallic paint has little to no defects or wear. All of the chrome and stainless is equally as nice. The first thing you will notice under the hood is that Paxton Supercharger, attached to the 340ci motor. The casting number on the motor is 2780930-340. Turnbuckle ties are holding this baby down. Once you get past that sweet looking Supercharger, you will see that this Cuda also is wearing a MSD Ignition, a remote oil filter, breather canister and an Optima battery. There are coated headers as well. Make no mistake; this car runs just as well today as it did when it rolled into the dealership in 1970 and it's one of the few muscle cars that can still run with the best from Detroit. The bottom of the car has been well taken care of as well. Matched up to that 340 Supercharged motor, is a 4-speed transmission, which shifts awesome. The casting number for the trans is 99129, and there is another stamp with # 9B327429. There is a posi-traction rear end, with what we believe to be 3:50 gears. There are some minor repairs in both driver side and passenger side rockers and one small patch on the floorboard, all of which have been done extremely well. There is no rust to be found, the undercarriage of this Cuda is solid! A new stainless steel gas line and new gas tank were included in the restoration, as well as a Flowmaster Exhaust system (2.5" out back and 3" feeders). Cross drilled rotors and front disc brakes keep this Cuda between the lines. The upper control arms are tubular, there are new spindles and eurethane bushings on the radius arms. The front fenders have no signs of repairs, they look to be original metal. Sitting on all four corners are 17" Billet wheels and BF Goodrich G-Force tires. Inside the car has been completely restored and features beautiful white upholstery, and headliner. Sitting between the bucket seats is a beautiful console and Hurst shifter. In front of the driver is a stunning wood Grant steering wheel and a set of Auto-Meter Pro-Comp Ultra-Lite gauges. In the center of the dash there is a Kenwood AM/FM/CD stereo system, which sounds great, and underneath that is a duo of aftermarket gauges. All of the interior lights work and the black carpet is in beautiful shape. The fold-down back seat gives plenty of extra storage for your cooler and folding chairs. This car is ready for a summer cruise, and the local car show! This is a rare, Supercharged 340 Cuda that is 100% complete inside and out. Nothing has been left unrestored and the Cuda is guaranteed to please even the most discerning collector, as a center piece to any Mopar or classic car collection. Call today! Mayan Red 1979 Trans Am
This is the prize of last year's cross-country trip. I picked this car up in Southern Oregon, drove it down to LA, hung out there for a bit, and then headed home. It was an amazing trip in an amazing car - This is it after I cleaned it up a bit. All the sheetmetal and paint is original. This is an unrestored car.
