Michael's 8-second Toyota Corolla testing a new Powerglide transmisison at

power Nissan SR20 engine featuring a Haltech methanol fuel system.

w/ SR20VE motor swap; all bolt-ons and some internal work. While it's only
putting down around 250 crank HP, it only weighs 1,990lbs, confirmed on
scale, without driver.. Removed all seats except fronts, no power steering,
no A/C, no rear spoiler, no wiper motor or washer fluid box, no sound
deadening tar or carpeting, no spare, jack, lightweight Rota wheels, light
flywheel/pulleys, everything that could be removed without compromising
safety was taken out (except the headliner), front two seats, seatbelts,
dash and rear speaker deck, that's it. So it weighs as much as a lawn mower

Coheeds GT3076 powered Sentra on 17 to 22 pounds of Boost vs the precision 6765 powered Junkyard
and its clogged fuel filter limiting Boost to 13 psi. Coheed couldnt understand how
he lost the race until he looked at the torque numbers at his friends Dyno shop and how wide
the powerband is. He actually called his friend to open up the Dyno shop to prove the car
couldn't run higher Boost and was
out of fuel. First organized fun run against a very fast car. So since then
he spent a lot of time trying to widen his powerband and has enjoyed the
Abel's SR20VET S13
On my trip to the states I was fortunate enough to ride in Abel's SR20VET
powered S13. It has run 9.8 @ 143mph with a Z32 box, and this was one of
his first road tests with the new Jerico 4 speed. This thing melts the 275
ET Street radials on the street with ease and should definitely put a huge
dent in his ET with the new box.
The gearbox tunnel is a work in progress and the residents of LA's streets
didn't seem to mind the side pipe either.
