Vehicle never smoked in, no mildew odors, no road accidents, or any rust; all original paint, trim, glass, entire interior, vinyl roof, engine, drivetrain, etc., each in outstanding condition. Normal wear items -- tires, shocks, battery, master brake cylinder, brake lines, brake components, filters, etc., replaced at 25,000 miles or periodically with FoMoCo or OEM replacement parts. Original Dunlop spare in trunk; Dunlop replacements on car in correct size.
Professionally maintained by Pterodactyl Racing, a premier vintage racing organization. Currently insured/appraised by classic car insurer at $15,750 -- with historic tags. Documentation, manuals, and spares with purchase.
Please note, this is not some tarted-up, so-called restoration; this vehicle drives, rides, handles and looks like a nearly new Capri, with only a few imperfections and limited modifications such as a Momo period-correct steering wheel. If you want the Capri from your past, without the expense (and headaches) of a costly restoration, this Capri is for you. Only a handful of imported European
Mk. 1 Capris (1970-1973) in the U.S. are in this stunning condition. First place winner at several car shows.

Test Drive the 1974 Ford Capri V8!
Hi! This is Agent 8771's 1974 Ford Capri, featuring a high-output 302 V8 and Borg-Warner T5 transmission hooked to a Ford 9 inch positraction rear. This car originally had the wheezy Pinto 2000 cc engine and 4 speed trans, so it is much better now. A nice, original, rust-free unit brought up from the States to save it from the idiotic "cash for clunkers" stupidity. Sweet vintage aluminum slot mags, nerf bars, and diamond-tuft package tray finish this Capri off in classic 70's style! Hope you like it as much as I do!
