Redneck Restoration's "This Old Truck" 1985 Chevy Silverado Half Ton Project
This was supposed to be the first in the 85 Chevy Half ton series, but I
had a need to post the seat video first. Process is normally to start with
the mechanical and then the cosmetic, which I did, but this is video.
Anything can go anywhere!
Fairly informative about some do's and don'ts, though mostly don'ts. I
don't mind a lot of don'ts. That's how I get 'em cheap! This one gets core
plugs, (soft plugs, freeze plugs) Spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air
filter and oil change. Valve cover gaskets and a romp down the road.
More to come!
1986 Chevy C10 Silverado 305 4bbl Start, Walk Around, and Rev
This is a short video clip of my 1986 Chevy C10 pickup. It has a 305 with
a Q-Jet on it. It's all stock. 700R4 trans, 3.08 open 10 bolt. 96K
miles. Was a former shop truck at work I picked up for $175. It runs
perfect, just needs some TLC and A LOT of rust repair.

Muscle Truck Revamp on a 1974 Chevrolet C10! - Hot Rod Garage Ep. 5
On this episode of Hot Rod Garage Presented by Lincoln Tech we revamp the
Muscle Truck, our 1974 Chevrolet C10. In episode 28 of Roadkill we ripped
the stepside fenders off the bed and cut the front sheet metal to make room
for aggressive off-road rubber so that we could roost through the Imperial
Sand Dunes. The fenderless version of the Muscle Truck was fun but it’s
high time we restore the truck to her former glory. We’ll replace the
rapidly deteriorating particle board bed floor with new oak slats and
bolt-on a new pair of aftermarket front fenders. We’ll also add a bit of
functionality to the truck by covering the massive step notch in the rear
frame rails with sheet metal, which will keep stuff from falling out of the
bed. As usual, Finnegan and Freiburger will answer viewer questions pulled
from our Facebook page and Lincoln Tech instructors and students will drop
a bit of knowledge in a
