Jeep Commanders Off Roading at the Badlands 05-28-2011 --- PART 1
This is video part 1.
Jeep Commanders off-roading at the Badlands in Attica, Indiana. Two of the
Commanders (brown and white) have the 3.7L V6 QT1 and the third Commander
(silver) has the 4.7L V8 with QT2. All XKs are lifted with a 2" lift kit
from Rough Country.
Many of the other people at the park doubted the Commander's abilities but
boy did we prove them wrong. This is a good demonstration of the Commanders
abilities. Video 2 contains deep water fording and more wheeling so look
out for part 2.
JeepClub Training - Boxgrove Oct 2010 - Jeep Commander & Wrangler TJ
Off-road training by JeepClub at Boxgrove Quarry, October 2010 filmed with
a GoPro Hero HD camera suction mounted to the inside of the windscreen.
This is second time I took my Jeep off-road and the first time I had any
training in it having done only a Level 1 Land Rover Experience training
day before. The Jeep Club training is much better value at a 1/4 of the
price although you do use your own vehicle unlike on the Land Rover
The 2007 Jeep Commander is running a 2" Rough Country lift and A/T tyres,
my 1998 Wrangler is running a 2.5" Old Many Emu lift on 31" BFG A/T tyres.
Clanging noise is the 5ft CB whip antenna hitting the hard top as it's
mounted on the back of the tub but sticks out above the Jeep.
Simon Sinking in Lake Christy - Rausch Creek
My brother sinking his YJ Jeep in Lake Christy at Rausch Creek Offroad Park
in Tremont, PA. Started right up after turning it over without the plugs a
few times. Drove 20 miles home, LOL...
