Video shows first an acceleration through the Monaco F1 tunnel, and then some night details infronf of the Grimaldi Forum. The Centenaire edition is an homage to the golden age of motorsport in the first half of the last century. Each of the four finishes available symbolises one of the great European racing nations of the 1920s. In this case, blue symbolises France. Lamborghini Gallardo Sound + ACCIDENT!!
I have filmed a friend's Lamborghini Gallardo during a trackday event. Video shows first some track scenes. At the end of the day my friend left the racetrack. The main road was very tight, there was another car coming from the opposite way. Worried about scratching his car against the other, my friend moved too much on the right side of the road and half of the car fell down. Actually, we were in the countryside, in the middle of nowhere. It was a pretty difficult situation to move the car. Before all the haters starts to write negative comments about my friend.. it's just an accident, it could happen to everyone. It was manufactured by Vector Aeromotive, and was designed by Gerald Wiegert and David Kostka. The company claimed the newest and most advanced aerospace materials were used in building the W8s, which they said justified applying to the car the term "Aeromotive Engineering." Just 19 W8s were produced (17 customer cars and two pre-production cars, the prototype W2, and two prototype Avtech WX-3 and AWX3R with a mock up of the 7.0 liter DOHC TT engine evolution). A total of 22 automobiles produced by Vector Aeromotive over the life of the company. The car originally sold at retail for up to $455,000 USD new (on today's used market they are available from $200,000 to well over $1 million depending on the condition of the car.
