2008 Black Honda S2000 w/ 23K Miles for $22,777 at Conicelli Honda Certified Cars

This 2008 Honda S2000 has a nimble chassis, rev-happy engine, minimalist design, impressive amount of performance for the price and is a blast to drive. This S2000 is equipped with a power-operated soft top, a glass rear window with a defroster, 17-inch alloy wheels, xenon HID headlights, leather seats, full power accessories, air-conditioning and a CD player. Powering Honda's roadster is a 2.2-liter four-cylinder that churns out 237 hp at a lofty 7,800 rpm and 162 pound-feet of torque at 6,800 rpm. This power is routed to the rear wheels through a six-speed close-ratio manual transmission. Fuel economy for 2008 is rated at 18 mpg city and 25 mpg highway. This Honda Certified vehilce's powertrain is covered for seven years or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the vehicle s original in-service date. It also extends the non-powertrain coverage by 1 yr/12,000 miles from 3 yrs/36,000 miles to 4yr/48,000 miles.

Alex takes an AP2 S2000 for a spin to determine whether it's better than the BRZ. The Honda does have more power but the BRZ is way more modern. It will be difficult to pronounce a winner without the use of an amazing road consisting of s-curves, hairpins and elevation changes. Error: AP2 goes to 8300 rpm, the AP1 goes to 9000 rpm. I had driven an AP1 a couple days before this review and I wrote the episode at that time with the 9000 rpm, and forgot to change it when I realized I was going to get this car. Honest mistake.
