Texas Mile Corvette Crash - March 2011
The Texas Mile record holder for a Corvette at 224mph! This Corvette was built by Hinson Motorsports - over 1400rwhp I don't have the 224mph pass on video but I caught the 221mph pass. It looks like one of the tires went out and caused the car to veer hard to the right. The driver was ok, he walked away from the crash. tuned Nissan GTR with over 1200 HP!
This was a special presentation of that infamous car for the members of the GTROC (www.gtroc.org) during the GTROC Japan Tour 2012. The TRUST company was so kind to invite the GTROC to come and visit the TRUST facility and have a first hand look at the unbelievable GTR 35RX Bensopra. Just a few days after we stood around the car at the Tokyo Auto Salon we had this great opportunity to watch the car exclusively...but not only were we allowed to watch at every detail, no we were even invited to take a seat in the ultra tight race seat and hit the throttle of that monster. Thank you very much TRUST/ GReddy! NEW VIDEO of the Bensopra Revving...watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z2NQLrruc4s

S.W.'s 246mph Texas Mile, Goliad, Tx, Spring 2009
Here is a short sequence I made documenting S.W. and the Boost Logic crew setting the Texas Mile record at 246mph. I would like to thank them for allowing me to go along and document their process, it was a blast and I look forward to going again. The car is a 1995 Toyota Supra Hardtop with roughly 1,300rwhp, I believe the turbo is a 91mm.
