VW Buggy
Featured in the July 2010 issue of eurotuner magazine, this air-cooled VW Buggy is the personal project of Derek Jenkins. He was formerly the Chief US Designer for VW but has since moved to Mazda. His buggy is an awesome mix of traditional air-cooled style with modern materials and aesthetics. Outlaw Flat Four 2009
2009 Season Review DVD, UK VW heads up drag racing. Wheels up action. Running VW Flat Four engines these cars thrill the crowds wherever they go with their wild launching, highly tuned machines. turbos, Nitrous and Big CC normally aspirated engines rule the tarmac!
See them taking on and wiping the floor with monster engined muscle cars and Jap rockets at events like the Hot Rod Drags and the Banzai show. This UK series runs in competition at MSA championship rounds at Santa Pod and Shakespeare County Raceway.

Starting The Phantom Ghia prostock VW
First fire up after engine assembly. The Phantom Ghia is a 9 second 1/4 mile, 1958 VW Karmann Ghia door slammer. Built by Robert Cook or Cooker's V-Dubs in Clear Spring, Maryland and owned and driven by Rob Schultz. ****UPDATE**** this car now resides in France under new ownership.
