Cadillac Deville 6.2 Diesel
this is my Cadillac Deville 1984 6,2 diesel (Originaly 4,1) just put in
sweet 6,2 GMC jimmy. I use the original tranny , I also had 1981 Cadillac
Deville 5,7 diesel for scrap, needed the engine mounting and lots more
stuff from that car . You can also see in the garage dodge van 350, Dodge
dart 1974, cord 1936, Volvo 850 2,3 turbo and the orange engine 318 cc will be put
in the dart
1996 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham in triple black
Here is my 1996 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham in triple black. I've had it
for about 10 months and it has around 67,500 original miles. It's fully
loaded with every option including moonroof and factory CD player (still
not standard in 1996). It also has the gold emblem package. which really
contrasts with the rest of the car. I got it from a dealership in the
Chicago area after looking for this specific color combination and year for
quite a while.
This car is undoubtedly the best I've ever owned. The Chevrolet-sourced LT1
requires so little effort to accelerate that the pedal feel seems at odds
with the vague handling and cushy, soft ride. It absolutely floats over
broken NYC streets and irons out almost every imperfection in the road. It
comes off even better on the highway, where you absolutely cannot feel the
road. The steering sort of firms up at higher speeds but it's still really,
really light. The interior has enough room for six regular-sized Americans,
something I enjoy even though I rarely have more than one person in the car
at a time. I'm sure this would please Al Gore. Sometimes people find it
amusing that I'm 24 and drive an "old man" car, until they ride in it. Then
they usually fall asleep on the soft Brougham seats (which still smell new
by the way).
It's a shame that GM doesn't build anything remotely close to this anymore
and probably never will again. Someone needs to send them the memo that
there is still a market for a full-size, rear-wheel drive domestic luxury
car. I also own a 1996 Sedan Deville with 31K original miles, but it feels
less substantial than the Brougham even though it has the Northstar and is
fully optioned as well.
By the way, you really can get 23-26 MPG on the highway with the LT1
depending on how you accelerate and brake.
1991 Cadillac Brougham 5.7 L - Manhattan in the background
A quick look at my 1991 Cadillac Brougham on the bank of the East River in
New York City with Manhattan in the background. The car has just over 50K
miles on the odometer and is in excellent condition. Options include the
5.7 L engine, leather seating, wire spoke wheels and Option Package C
(which included illuminated visor vanity mirrors, twilight sentinel,
electric trunk pull down, theft deterrent system and remote fuel filler
door lock. Sticker price was $33K in 1991 and included the Gas Guzzler
tax, levied on the vehicle because it was rated at 15 city / 22 highway.
I typically get 20mpg in mixed driving and have gotten as high as 24 mpg on
The car is factory stock, with the exception of the floor mats (the
previous owner threw them out when they got dirty!).
The video includes engine start up and a close-up of the Exhaust note.

1975 Cadillac Fleetwood Limousine 500 V8
I thought you might like a look at this 1975 Cadillac Fleetwood Limo. It's
powered by the big 500 V8 backed by a turbo 400 automatic transmission. It has
approximately 58,xxx original miles and it's in very nice condition
overall. Definitely plenty of room for the whole family to cruise in this
baby. I hope you find it interesting...thanks for watching!
1972 Cadillac Fleetwood 60 Special Brougham
• Stately Classic Cadillac!
• Rarely Seen 4-Door Pillar Sedan!
• Desirable Black on Black!
• Massive 472ci V8!
• Automatic Transmission!
• Super Low, 24,000 ACTUAL Miles!
• Original Documentation from the Original Owner!
MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to offer yet another impressive, triple
black 1972 Cadillac Fleetwood 60 Special Brougham Sedan. This particular
car is an original 24,000 mile example that is finished in its original
color of Sable Black with black leather interior. This is a wonderful
driving example that shows every bit of being an original, low mileage car.
The paint on the car is in very good, original condition with no major
imperfections except for some minor chips to the front of the hood.
Otherwise the car is extremely solid with no rot that we have seen anywhere
on the car. The original black vinyl top looks great with no rips or tears.
Inside, the car is nearly spotless with no imperfections to speak of. The
original black leather seats look great with no major wear to be found. In
the back, you will find that the rear seat is equally as nice and does have
foot rests for added comfort for your passengers. The dashboard is solid as
well as the steering wheel which shows no cracking. There is no cracking to
the detailed wood on the door panels or dash. This is one beautiful
Under the hood, the massive 472 cubic inch V8 runs great and fires up like
a 24,000 mile car should. On the road the car is extremely smooth and just
glides down the highway. This is your classic Cadillac land yacht on the
highway that will cruise at 80 mph all day long. Under the hood is tidy and
original. Mated to the engine is an automatic transmission. It is also
equipped with air conditioning, power steering and power front disc brakes.
It sits upon a set of the iconic 15" Cadillac "Hundred Spoke" wheels
wrapped in P235/75R15 tires that look great.
Included with the purchase of this handsome Cadillac are original
documentation from the original owner from 1972 including the original MFA
Application for Insurance, an odometer statement at 16,256 and an original
service receipt from Spicer Chevrolet in Neosho, Missouri.
With the current mileage of 24,092, this is one of the lowest mileage '72
Fleetwood 60 Special Broughams available to the public and won't last
long!!! It would make an awesome driver and an even better addition to any
Cadillac enthusiast's collection! The VIN is 6B69R2Q107378 and the mileage
currently shows 24,092. It is being sold on a clean and clear title. GET
OUT AND DRIVE!!!
1981 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham d'Elegance - start-up and test drive
My own "test drive" video of my 1981 Cadillac as a tribute to the ones I
watched when searching for my own hobby car.
I bought this car from http://www.caliautobrokers.com in 2009 and imported
it to Finland myself. It is essentially in original, unrestored condition,
with only minor repairs done by me. All the accessories etc. work.
Update: I was asked for the exact location the video was filmed in. It's
here (Google Maps): http://tinyurl.com/harjutie
