2008 Mitsubishi Lancer ES [CVT] - Tsudo N1 Exhaust
There aren't many videos of the Tsudo N1 on a current gen Lancer, much less an installation video. So here ya go.
There are NO other mods on this car. Everything is purely stock, except the Exhaust, of course.
By the way, if you buy this Exhaust, you're probably going to have to do what I did and use a clamp or something to hold the Exhaust up, or else it'll probably end up falling off and you'll be dragging it down the road.
Apex Apex'i N1 Universal Muffler on Chevy Aveo 1.6L
I bought this N1 universal due to seeing tons of Exhaust system and muffler replacement videos right here on youtube. I never saw one specifically on a Chevy Aveo, but I had seen demos on other small 4 cylinder cars. I liked what I heard out of the Apex N1 muffler the best so I went ahead and bought one. This is the 90mm or 3.5 inch version and everything else from the muffler forward to the block is still stock. This muffler is nice and deep and installed as a rear muffler replacement. The noise level in the car is quite minimal, but more than stock since these cars have almost NO Exhaust noise from the factory. At idle or on the open road or at cruising RPM you don't really notice much of a cabin difference over stock unless you are really stepping on it. I have heard however if you strip out all of your resonators and converters it can be very loud. The tone you hear on the video is pretty accurate to what you hear in person. I would SERIOUSLY DOUBT that a cop would ever pull you over specifically for this muffler unless you REALLY lay into it right when you are passing one. Even then I doubt he'd have a leg to stand on since any "illegal" Mustang with no converters and an X pipe is probably twice as loud... or ANY HARLEY DAVIDSON is about 3-4 times as loud and way more harsh than the Apex. Word to the wise.. if for some reason you do get pulled over for a moving violation of some sort.. turn the car off before the cop gets to your car... no sense in giving him a reason to mention something about your Exhaust tone. :)
