60' Semi Trailer Truck Stuck In Sharp Curve - And Solution! interesting Video

** "F..k..ing awesome" - This semi trailer brought bricks to our building site near Byron Bay, NSW Australia.. here we see how he maneuvers in one of our tricky curve and then crosses the creek! (he was empty at that time) Note how he lifts the back trailer with his forklift to align the length of his truck and make it possible!! amazing skill of an amazing driver... The cargo was bricks to build our house.... he was not supposed to deliver them all at once ... when I saw the loaded truck on our site I asked him how he negotiated the sharp curve, and he said "I just used my forklift to align the trailer... " I was dumbfounded, or gobsmacked as we say here... so after he unloaded I waited at the curve to film how he did it!!

This guy "high hooked" a semi trailer. No fun. Not sure if you can concider it his fault as much because someone did leave the air bags dumbed. Just watch for your self and see. He did in fact crunch the cab. This is a western star with a detroit 60 series and sadly... a automated transmission. This one does have a mechanical foot clutch.

*WATCH IN HD* Bad decision? Yes. Lucky? HELL YES! Lucky they only lost a fuel tank and some straps instead of the whole truck. Had the truck not gotten hung-up on it's tank, it would've continued right on over the edge of the trailer and been wrecked. Also lucky the tank was almost empty and diesel fuel is hard to ignite, for if it had, it would've consumed both the truck and half the trailer.
