Friday Night No-Lift-To-Shift
Great "kills". Shelby GT500, Mustang GT, Camaro, Nova, WRX STi, Integra. Getting used to a new way of driving. I have successfully enabled the clutch cut feature in DSMlink, and just in time for another Friday night to see what it will do for my time slips. I'd say results are pretty conclusive that it shaves 0.4 seconds and adds 3 mph when used properly while other variables remain the same. You mash the gas for the duration of the run from staging to the finish and after you dump the clutch, each time you press the clutch, the ignition is limited to your shift RPMs. Doing this leaves the throttle plate wide-open, and you can maintain Boost between gears. I can't describe it any other way than awesome. 2 videos from the prior week cover the wiring for this modification.

V8 Smoking Eclipse GSX 9.6@144 Emeraldes Towing sponsered Forced Performance FP3065 Turbo
Was an amazing Friday for the Turd. Went to the track to just have some fun and never planed to set any records. I did have a running bet with TJ that I would beat his 9sec CRX due to the fact that he probably could no hook up on the fresh cold track. I had totally planed on him beating the Turd so I could pay for his night of racing. Friday the 13th must be good luck since we ran our 9.6 to TJ's best of a 10.2@148. Was only $20 on the line.

1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS-T
Well I've decided to sell my long and never ending project. I've owned this car since 98' and have garage kept it pretty much 98% of that time. This car has never been in an accident and has a clean title. I'll even say this is probably one of the nicest DSM's in the nation, definitely one of the cleanest. I've taken time to do exactly what I wanted to the car. That includes powder coating almost every piece under the hood (gloss black) or polishing. Tons of attention to detail was used on this car. It will make a great street/strip car as the only eliminations are A/C and cruise control. Honestly I can't even remember everything that is done but the list below is what I do remember. 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS-T Silver Minden Pearl 52,028 miles on chassis 207 miles on motor (true 2.0 4G63T) using only Brad Penn oil The car made 418.3 WHP and 293.2 tq at 20 psi on a Dyno Dynamics loaded Dyno also known as the "heart break" Dyno. You can add 20-25% to that number and get what a Dyno Jet would read. There is a lot more in this car, and I was looking making 500+ on that same Dyno, but found out the single walbro fuel pump wasn't enough. The car hasn't seen the track since 2001, so this current setup has yet to be abused. Tuning 101 - tuning with the car off
How to set idle stopper, TPS sensor, and throttle linkage. These are conditions that need to be set properly prior to adjusting your idle, fuel, timing or before addressing drivability issues. If these items are out-of-range prior to changing other variables, changing them later will throw off everything else. It's important to do these things first. Boost leak testing is covered in another video. It's critical to get Boost, vacuum, and Exhaust leaks under control before establishing your baseline tune. Links to the Boost leak testing video are in this video.

500+hp dsm on the streets in car
On the way back from a race. Driving the car on hoosier tires, kinda wobly. Turned the Boost down to 26psi from 32psi I've got an AEM EMS in this car. That day it went 10.6@130mph on pump gas. Few weeks later it went 9.6@148mph on "race gas"
