In this video, I feature one of the hottest cars on the planet-the Lamborghini Aventador cruising into the LA finish with a vengeance. Listen to the noise!!! For the Gumball 3000 Rally, this one has been wrapped in chrome with Tron-like cutouts of where the original orange color is, and strobe lights tucked inside of the vents. To some, the best part of the car is its license plate, however...WINNING. :P
Although many articles have been posted across the web saying how this guy is the "world's most stereotypical Lamborghini owner," I can say that this guy is something special, and not a Lambo-driving douchebag like the articles make him out to be. He's extremely friendly and even more so enthusiastic about his cars. I asked him, "how did it feel to drive an Aventador 3,000 miles in less than a week?" When he heard me ask him that, his eyes lit up and told me, "absolutely INSANE man, absolutely insane..." All in all, a really cool dude and I appreciate him taking the Aventador on Gumball!
The Gumball 3000 is a 3000 mile rally that takes place in a week. This year, it went from New York City to Hollywood, and featured over 100 cars.

Why you always have to pay attention on the Autobahn (see description)
This white van driver wanted to go directly from the Autobahn entrance to the left lane without looking into the side mirror at first. I flashed him and at the last moment he changed his mind.
A personal remark to all the smart-asses out there: Yes, I'm driving fast in the video but it's perfectly legal, because at that point there is NO speed limit. German Autobahn is without a general speed limit. And yes, that was a crititical situation - which was defused by me. Nothing happened. Nothing at all.
But for those, who like to bitch about me being too fast and speed being a killer anyway, here are some statistical numbers. Source of the numbers is the ADAC:
- In 2011, 31 % of all traffic in Germany went on Autobahns. Yet only 6.4 % of all accidents happened there and only 11.3 % of deaths on the road happened there.
- Of those 11.3 % of all dead people in Germany, 47.1 % were truck and van drivers. Only 14.2 % were car drivers. Should tell you something about who's driving worst here.
- In contrast to that, 60.9 % of all fatal accidents in Germany happened on country roads, where a general speed limit of 100 km/h exists.
In conclusion, the Autobahn, thanks to good maintenance and an in general good behaviour of traffic participants, is one of the safest roads in the world - despite the lack of a general speed limit.
The average speed on the Autobahn is about 120 km/h, which makes a speed limit unncessary anyway. All demands for introducing a speed limit so far failed at the attempt, because there is absolutely no rational reason to justify it.
If you want to know my opinion: It is legal to drive fast on the Autobahn. If certain people can't deal with that, feel unsafe or insecure because of that, they are unfit for using the Autobahn in my book.

Gumball 3000 Indy 500 Oops, Busted! May 28, 2012
Gumball 3000 drivers going from Indianapolis to their next destination..it was thrill to watch all these cars pass by! Unfortunately, one gumballer is busted. Safe travels guys!!
This was my first experience with Gumball 3000 and it amazes me how many people are a part of such an awesome trip! Beautiful cars and amazing wraps!! Definitely something that I have added to my bucket list.
(I apologize for all the chatting..my father and I were too excited!)
