Christopher Lopez owner of Alexander motorsport performing work to a 2004 Audi s4 4.2 engine. The car had multiple misfires on bank2 as well as incorrect cam allocation faults. This motor is prone to having broken timing chain guides which causes the chain to jump timing. I had to remove the engine replaced all timing chain guides and tensioners, along with the intake cam timing adjustment gear. Car name was Foxy Roxy

I can never seem to find videos that show exactly what Exhaust system to choose from, so enlisting the help of the guys at MRC Tuning in Banbury, I opted to go from the standard, dual cat, resonated system to a Milltek Stainless Steel, de-catted downpipe system with a non-resonated backbox system. When I bought the car it had a standard setup and a superchips mapped ECU. *** Speaking to MRC, who are specialist Audi tuners, it appears that all the S & RS cars never seem to make their factory quoted power, this appeared to ring true as the Dyno revealed the following: Superchipped: -------------------- Engine Power (corrected) - 319.9PS Engine Power (measured) - 330.5PS Wheel Power (measured) - 249.5PS Power Losses (measured) - 390Nm (engine)
