Rootbeer 71 Impala Donk on 26" Chrome Wheels - 1080p HD
A Brown (maybe Candy Root Beer?) 1971 Chevrolet Impala Donk, sitting on
26's. Rims are Tyfun TW706 26" wheels. Too damn clean!! Loved this one.
Insides was too great looking on this one.. Ostrich and suede, with the
midrange speakers and tweeters in a custom center censole which sounded
great. Jamming old school. Also had a box of Cuban Cigars in the back
seat!! Haha I shoulda got one. But this donk is beautiful... Brown paint
was right, chrome grille and chrome front, with a chromed out 454 BBC under
the hood which can move. Too clean. If he had some 26" Asantis, Forgiatos,
Savini, Amani, or DONZ rims on it.. Whheewww prob would place this one as
my favorite donk in SC right now. Still clean regardless of wheels!
1971 Caprice "Z06 Donk" on 28" Forgiatos; 6-Speed, TURBO CHARGED LS Engine - 1080p HD
My homie said he wanted to make a statement with this donk for 2014!! This
donk was FULLY BUILT in South Carolina as well!! Same owner of the the
green 73 donk with the 572 big block... Sold that donk to an NFL player...
And now has produced another heavy hitter!! The "Corvette Donk", the "Z06
Donk", the "6 Speed Donk" has been the names it's gotten since Forgiato
This donk.. A 1971 Chevrolet Caprice Convertible, HEAVILY tucking some
Forgiato Pinzette 28" wheels. Can barely see the center cap on the 28"
wheel. One of the heaviest squats I've seen on a 28" wheel! Also, has
28x12" wheels in the rear, with 7" lip! Black paint job, with a brown pearl
in it... And the paint looks like STRAIGHT GLASS!! You can see the
reflection in the paint perfectly. Painted at "Hoffman's Garage" in Neeses,
SC. All the chrome has been rechromed.. You can tell!! Chrome front, and a
Tiarra Grille. Has the Z06 emblems on it. Also, has Z06 Corvette big brakes
on the front back.. 14" Corvette brakes on the front and 13.5" Corvette
brakes on the rear!
For the interior, the dash, gauge cluster, steering wheel, and door panels
came out of a 2013 Z06 Corvette. First donk with Corvette interior! The
seats are Acura TLseats wrapped in a NICE brown leather.. Interior wrapped
by Swygert Upholstery in Gilbert, SC. The car has 20 Hertz Audio 6.5"
speakers!! Sounds damn good. And in the trunk is 3 12" custom made
subwoofers (made by Audio Evolution in Charleston, SC) making some serious
watts. The speaker/sub/box/amp install were all done by Audio Evolution out
of Charleston, SC as well. And to make it even better its a 6 Speed MANUAL
donk! Has 3 pedals!! How many donk you ever seen that's a stick shift??
And the motor is an LS motor out of a corvette that has been built for
performance... Then, it has a turbo on
it! A turbo charged LS engine!!
Producing 918 HP. And he has everything under the hood looking extra clean!
Can't go wrong with it. Sounds like a BEAST.
EDIT w/ MOTOR SPECS: "Aluminum LS2 w/ LS6 intake, T80mm turbo, 120mm throttle body, Holley 160lbs injector
RJS waist gates..."
TRANSMISSION SPECS: "RPM Pro Magnum T56 Transmission, Monster Double Twin
Carbon Fiber Clutch, Chrome Moly 3" drive shaft, Ford 9inch rear end"
Have to really appreciate the build of this donk. It's REALLY nice!! And at
the time, the motor was NOT tuned... Couldn't fit in time to get it tuned
for Forgiato Fest sadly (but once it gets tuned, I WILL get more footage!).
Had her just about ready for Forgiato Fest 2014 in Miami, FL!! Repping SC!!

The Chevrolet Impala is a full-size automobile built by the Chevrolet
division of General Motors introduced for the 1958 model year. Deriving its
name from the southern African antelope, Chevrolet's most expensive
passenger model through 1965 had become the best selling automobile in the
Unites States. The Impala remained Chevrolet's top-selling model with the
fifth generation. A high-performance big block V8 was still available in
the form of the turbo-Jet 454, which
produced 365hp in 1971, but power decreased as the years went along. The
1971 redesigned B-body would be the largest car ever offered by
Chevrolet. In 1974, the rear bumper was redesigned with shock absorbers to
meet the upgraded standards and new tail lights were featured. The front
end was also freshened as in previous years, with a new grille and
headlight bezels, a new header panel, and a bumper with a drop down center
section. The marker lights moved back up beside the headlamps once again.
This was the only year of the 1971--1976 models the Impala had a different
front end design than the Caprice Classic, as other years used either a
grille insert or previous year Caprice front to distinguish the two. The
rooflines of the Impala coupes were also revised. For 1974 the Custom Coupe
was no longer a hardtop, with large fixed rear quarter glass and a thick
B-pillar. The Sport Coupe, still a pillar-less hardtop, now used larger
roll-down quarter glass like that of the 1971--73 Custom Coupe, and had a
narrower, fastback style, flat back window. Sedans used carryover body
shells from previous years. To see more pictures on this Impala, please
