2003 dodge 1500 ram quad cab heads and cam pulls plus burn out
Join me on Facebook! www.facebook.com/omgitsmrmack
sooo we just did some street tuning on this 2003 dodge ram quad cab.. mods
include GTP heads.. a very mild cam.. headers and a muffler shop Exhaust.. it also has a small stall.. the intake
is all stock though.. for being a big ass heavy truck with three people in
it and all the windows down it dont move to bad.. any way this was once
again tuned by Dave at Efispecialties.com and the heads you can contact me
for info on... was tuned using diablo.
yes both wheels spun.. the camera and lighting just dont pick it up well..
it left two even nice black marks..
Bye Bye Transmission...
dan running his truck threw the mud out behind the barn. guess the
transmission was going to go eventually considering it had 200,000+ miles
and hauled horse trailers most of its life. but it drove in and it drove
out all on its own.
heres a little info about the truck:
1999 ram 1500
4 inch suspension lift
dana 60 front/ dana 70 rear
gutted cat into flowmaster muffler all 3" pipe.
tires are 35x15 interco tsl boggers on 16.5x12 MT classic wheels
1999 Dodge ram plenum repair
Fixing the plenum pan on my truck... its a common problem on 2nd gen dodge
rams. When the gasket blows it lets oil into the intake which gets sucked
into the cylinders... most trucks mine included were just re programed to
run diffrent instead of dodge fixing the plenum. After replacing my plenum
pan and intake gaskets, i have more power and it hasnt used any oil or
coolant in the past week.

This truck has been a challenge for me over the past couple of weeks as you
will seen in the video. The lesson here is do your best to check the
engine out before you install it and even that may not be enough. Be
careful when doing a job like this especially if you are by yourself as you
can get seriously injured if your not careful so work carefully and
methodically and things should work out fine.
