Chevrolet 2011 Juan Montoya #42 Target CHEVROLET IMPALA
Colombia's Juan Pablo Montoya is one of a handful of drivers who has won races in Formula 1—where drove for such top teams as Williams and McLaren—and CART, where he was series champ in 1999 and the Indy 500 winner in 2000. But the fiery South American driver shocked the F1 establishment in 2006 when he left the series to drive for Chip Ganassi's NASCAR team.
Though he initially struggled with the drastically different car dynamics between the heavy stock cars and the very agile formula cars in the early going, he was able to display his outstanding driving skills on NASCAR's road courses. His first victory came at California's Infineon Raceway in 2007 and by the end of the season he was named rookie of the year.
In his third season in 2009, Chip Ganassi Racing team merged with Dale Earnhardt Inc. to become Earnhardt/Ganassi Racing. This merger armed Montoya with a fast Chevrolet, and he made progress in advancing through NASCAR's ranks. In the ninth Nextel cup race of the season he scored his first career pole position and in the 21st race he placed a strong 2nd, finishing just 0.869 behind Denny Hamlin. He placed an excellent 3rd in four races that season and qualified for NASCAR's "Chase for the Sprint Cup" playoff system. He also finished 2nd in the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona behind the wheel of a Lexus.
Montoya won his second NASCAR race in 2010 and, in doing so, became the first non-American-born racing driver to win multiple races in NASCAR. With this amazing car control, speed and competitive spirit, this IndyCar/Formula One/NASCAR veteran garnered a huge fan base and has become an integral part of NASCAR racing.
Chevrolet 2011 Dale Earnhardt Jr. #88 IMPALA
The son of the legendary 7-time NASCAR series champion Dale Earnhardt, "Junior" is one of the most popular drivers in NASCAR today.
Tragically, this dynamic father and son racing duo only competed with each other in NASCAR's top series for little more than one year. Near the end of the 2001 Daytona 500, with Dale Jr. running in the second position, Dale Sr. was killed in a devastating crash on the last lap, thus drawing the curtain on an incredible life and career.
While all of America was shocked by the death of the NASCAR hero, Dale Jr. fought his way out of the despair. He scored an emotional race win in the 17th event of the year when the series returned to the famed Daytona Speedway, evoking deep emotions from both the driver and fans at the race venue where his father had passed away just a few months before. Junior went on to score another emotional victory that year (2001) at Dover International Speedway in the first NASCAR race after the tragic events of 9-11.
Having scored numerous Sprint Cup victories over the years, Dale Earnhardt Jr. has yet to score a championship title. But he took one step closer to making this dream a reality when he moved to one of the top Chevrolet works teams in the series, Hendrick Motorsports, in 2008 and is now a teammate of multiple championship-winning drivers Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson.
Dale Jr. now has all of the prerequisites for gaining a championship, and millions of his fans eagerly await the day he becomes the new king of NASCAR.

Chevrolet 2011 Tony Stewart #14 Office Depot CHEVROLET IMPALA
Never afraid to speak his mind (and certainly not afraid of swapping paint with his opponents' race cars at high speed), Tony Stewart is as entertaining away from the race track as he is on it. On the track, he is the real deal, winning the series championship at NASCAR's premier level two times.
Being one of only 15 drivers who have ever been crowned champion at least twice in NASCAR, which is America's top-tier stock-car race series and among the four most popular sports in America (the others being American football, baseball and basketball), Stewart also has a major open-wheel championship title under his belt in the 1997 Indy Racing League (IRL). In the year prior to winning the IRL title, the Indiana native was named Rookie of the Year for both the 1996 Indy Racing League season and that year's Indianapolis 500.
Stewart made the move from the sleek and ultra-fast Indy cars to the challenge of the thunderous stock cars of NASCAR in 1999 and was named Winston Cup Rookie of the Year. He was named Nextel Cup champion in both the 2002 and 2005 seasons and won the prestigious Allstate Brickyard 400 races in 2005 and 2007, held at his favorite venue, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. In 2009, Stewart became an owner/driver when he started a NASCAR team together with Haas Racing and in 2010 finished 7th in the Sprint Cup championship thanks to finishing in the top five in 9 races that year. Although his driving style may not be as aggressive as it was before, his signature bad boy attitude is still intact. It's hard not to notice Tony Stewart, who backs up his bravado with rock solid driving performances..
Chevrolet 2011 Jeff Gordon #24 Drive to End Hunger CHEVROLET IMPALA
Jeff Gordon is sometimes called Mr. NASCAR. Handsome, energetic and personable, Gordon and his superstar appeal transcends that of being a stock car race driver, making him a virtual legend in modern American motorsports.
Back in 1994, Jeff achieved his first victory in the Winston Cup (the name of NASCAR's top racing series from 1971 to 2003; renamed Nextel Cup from 2004 through 2007 before becoming today's Sprint Cup) and became a key rival to the uncontested champion at the time nicknamed "The Intimidator," Dale Earnhardt. Just three years later in 1997, the California-born Gordon won a total of 7 races that season and scored his first Nextel Cup championship in a classic battle with the 7-time champion Earnhardt -- the Ayrton Senna of American auto racing. At the time, Gordon was just 23 years old.
His title run in 1997 ushered in a new era in NASCAR—the baton had officially been handed from one legend (Earnhardt) to another (Gordon). The great Earnhardt never won another championship. Ironically, it was Earnhardt who had dethroned "The King," 200-time NASCAR race winner and 7-time series champion, Richard Petty year before.
Today, Gordon is a 3-time Daytona 500 winner, a 4-time Cup series champion, the fastest driver to reach 50 wins in American stock car racing's premier category, ranks 3rd in race wins with 85 and is the first NASCAR driver to surpass $100 million dollars in prize money winnings.
Jeff Gordon, still going strong at age 40, is an American icon both on and off the race track, just like his predecessors, Earnhardt and Petty.
