They call this car 'MAVIS' :) 42ltr engine Each cylinder is 3500cc It is supercharged! 4-valves per cylinder 24 Exhausts (1x Exhaust pipe for each Exhaust valve) Bentley 8ltr Gearbox, chassis, axle & brakes Bodywork inspired by 1920-30s Brooklands Racing cars _ _ _ This was filmed on 10th July 2017 Location: chateau Impney Hotel Hillclimb, Worcestershire, England Extraordinary machines from all over the world, performing engine starts, burnouts and then racing up the hill to the finish. One of the best cars of the revival was this Matra MS11 F1 driven during the event by Henri Pescarolo. The car is moved by a 3.0L V12 engine which was able to produce around 400 bhp at 10000 rpm. Packard Bentley "Mavis" Firing up
Firing up 42 litres Packard Engine of WWII Naval Ships, built in Bentley Chassis, seen at Technic Museum Speyer during Brazzeltag. Its an Engine from a WW II PT Boat. 3 of these pushed a 80 ft boat to over 40 knots LT John F Kennedy captained PT109 in the South Pacific in WW II. His boat was hit by a Jap destroyer and cut in two. they managed to escape and swam to an island and later they were rescued and he returned to duty. PT boats were powered by three of the massive supercharged engines and would do about 40 knots wide open.
