The Good!!!
Solid southern car from Tennessee, I have the Tennessee title!! Its been kept in a garage never driven since its in ny and .never seen snow or salt.!virtualy rust free it has a 1970s 350 v8 and turbo 350 trans that was installed in Tennessee, runs good and drives!! It has new wheels and tires.I bought it from a guy here on LI who had bought it on eBay and had it shipped from Tennessee he never registered it.He had plans of restoring it with his son but never had the time. I bought it from him, drove it home put it in the garage where it has sat for 2 years. My plan for the car was to make it into a dragster! You never see one of these on the road but if ya go to the track there all over the place!Vegas are very light you can fit any motor in them an abundance of hi- performance parts are still available (fiberglass hoods, motor mounts, frontend parts,v8 springs, rollcage rearend parts oil pan,headers.ect.ect) through jegs or any online parts house. If you google chevy vega youll see, also search youtube for hundreds of videos of vegas in action!!thats what I did and I was hooked!! But Im sorry to say I have gotten sidetracked by many other projects (a Honda) and need to pass this one on to someone that will give the car the tlc it needs.
The bad!!
Being from Tennesse the car seems to have been worked on by a hillbilly,To drive it the way it is it will need some finishing.(proper motor mounts,v8 springs, and an electric fan)The car has some cosmetic issues a few dings,a small dent behind the rear fender well and some small dents in the hood probably caused by a broken motor mount..
The car seems to have been re painted sometime during its lifetime it mostly looks good but in some spots
the paint appears to have peeled and hillbilly painted over the areas with spray paintspray paint is also evident in the interior with some overspray on the windows. But overall not that bad, nothing that cant be fixed!!

1976 Chevrolet Vega with a 400 V8
1976 Chevrolet Vega with a custom installed 400 c.i.d. V8. I spotted this car on the PA turnpike near New Stanton,PA. It was being towed home to Ohio after a visit to an action in Atlantic City, New Jersey. I don't think it was a true GT but it was a really nicely maintained example of a rare classic 70's Vega.
The Civic Build part 02
once again, me and my cousin building up our civic EGs. This is part 02 of the "series". Its kinda short but oh well, its not like we've done THAT much to them.
So far I got my car up and running. I'm going 8 psi on stock internals... lets see how long that will last xD. I've been doing mostly body work to it to see if I can get it sprayed soon.
My cousin on the other hand has a lot of work to do. starting with his motor. An LS/V-tec built for 20 pounds. Hes got most of his forged internals, hes just missing two or three parts then its off to the machine shop to get the block bored 10 over, but his main focus right now is on getting his roll cage in so he can paint his car and assemble it.
Yea... its kinda short. I know... part 03 will make up for that.
