My Mustang Project Car

Well this is a video about my project car a 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe. I haven't done any video on it because I haven't really been working on it. I used it as a daily driver for 2 years but kept having problem with it. Also had 2 piston rings fail on the # 5 cylinder so now I need a new block. Wish I knew why the engine failed on me only had 2000 miles on it after the rebuild. I hope to get it running again soon!

Cobra Engine Build Part 1

just put videos & pics together of my $600 budget Mustang project...i had $600. & wanted to flip a car went on craigslist.com & bought this Mustang for $430. & drove her home 50 miles....drove it for a week & collected some pats & materials for my project...bought passenagers fender for $25. from cocoa auto salvage..."thanks sandy!"...$27. a gallon...rustoleum safety red paint from home depot, (they had more colors then walmart)...$12. fiberglass...$9. bondo....went to the dollar store & bought scotch brite pads to prep the body before paint, all & all i have a total of $600. in the project.

West Coast Customs - Stallone's '55 Ford - Part 1
"Street Customs 2" Ep. 12 - Stallone's '55 Ford Sylvester Stallone's upcoming movie, "The Expendables," pays homage to the big action flicks of the 1980s and `90s, and will even include our own California governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, in a cameo role. The film is set to feature a 1955 Ford F100 truck, which had to be fully restored for silver screen worthiness. The customization experts at West Coast Customs would be the ones handling the restoration efforts. After calling upon WyoTech students Owen Lubenow, Rusty McClintock, and Matt Myers for assistance, the crew at WCC was able to churn out three fully restored 1955 Ford F100s: two for the movie itself and one for Stallone to keep. The ground-up restorations included metal fabrication work and the installation of a 347-cubic-inch Ford small block from ATK Engines, which reportedly put out 429 horsepower and 411 pound-feet of torque when fitted with an Edelbrock Total Power Package. "The Expendables," written and directed by Stallone, features a full billing of all-star action actors, including Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, and more. The movie will be released on April 23, 2010.

Hello once again YouTubers, finally a long overdue update on the restoration of my 1966 Mustang. It is up and running, currently doing testing and tuning on the engine-timing, carbureator adjustments, leak checks-so far so good! The work is easier done with the hood off, not to mention it is awesome running around with it off showing the sexy engine compartment :-) Big items left on the "to-do" list (for this year anyhow) include wheels and tires, and the Exhaust. There are some small items left to do as well such as a few exterior emblems, and a fresh set of traction bars. For quicker reference on some of the engine and car specifications here is a UPDATED semi-complete list... 347 "Streetfighter" stroker engine kit consisting of-Cast steel crankshaft, SRS forged flat top pistons with wrist pins, CNC beam forged 5140 rods, moly rings, CL77bearings. Next, a Crane cam, (gotta look up specs.) Cleveland heads, Motorcraft high volume water pump, 7 quart oil pan, ProComp HV oil pump with ARP pump drivshaft, 4 row radiator, electric Flex-A-Lite cooling fan, Holley high volume mech. fuel pump at 7-8 lbs., ProComp polished "air-gap" medium rise dual plane intake manifold, ProComp "tall-style" polished valve covers, Holley 650 carb., K&N air filter assembly, MSD 6A ignition box, MSD distributor (mech. advance), MSD "Blaster SS" coil, MSD "street fire" 8mm. wires, NGK "V-power" plugs, Powermaster 100 amp alternator, Optima "red-top" battery, full length Flowtech headers(1 1/2" primarys with 3" collectors), Flowmaster "40 series" 2 1/2" mufflers with "H" pipe (turndowns underneath), GER "thunderbolt" C-4 transmission, Hurst "Indy" shifter, Hurst line lock, Heidt's sub-frame connectors, Lakewood "street-strip" traction bars, driveshaft safety loop, Autometer "Phantom" gauges, etc...
