1983 Z28 Camaro 5.0 Cam and Heads
83 Camaro 5.0 5-speed 60k miles. Paid $1500, Vortec heads, Summit cam/lifters/intake. Less than 8:1 compression. All emissions deleted. Elec. fans. BMR wonder bar. Runs 16.4 1/4mile in Colorado with rock hard tires and an open diff. Total investment so far less than $2200. I've pegged the tach at 7000rpm once while staging in the burnout box. Ran a 16.4, went back to the pit and readjusted all the rockers. This engine combo revs hard and fast.
