First start in several years, it's a new engine to me and had been sitting a long time before I got it.
It is an 8V53T even though it appears to be only an 8V53.... I removed the turbo for now but it'll go back on soon. You can look forward to a another video as a true 8V53T!

05 Cummins very cold start, never been plugged in. Out side temp. -29c which is -20 fahrenheit.
Truck has 4" cat back MBRP Exhaust and an AEM cold air intake.
Real diesels dont need to be plugged in

This is my 1995 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins with 7" stacks tring to start back up after I ran it outa fuel... I know that it is hard on the pump and I know that it is hard on the starter.... But stuff happens... Thanks for watching.
