Turbo R6 first startup
Building up a 1999 yamaha R6 turbo. At the moment charge pipes are not connected. The inlet is restrictive at higher RPM without them limiting my rpms. mostly was a test for how well the turbo will spin at idle.

1st Shakedown runs for the Turbo 636
The Bike was breaking up at 12000rpm..had to shift around 11500rpm....still had 4000rpm left.....LQQK for the next video coming soon of our next trip back to the track.

1. turbo GSXR 750 K5 Streetfighter with a Garrett GT2554 internal gate,no Intercooler 8psi Boost, FMU & Powercommander.
2. turbo ZX9R streetfighter Garrett GT2554 Intercooled, with Autronic SMC standalone computer, internal gate, 10 PSI Boost.
3. turbo Hayabusa engine in a K5 750 frame, Garrett GT28R, Under tank Intercooler, external gate, 10 PSI Boost, Power mod piggyback computer.
