Here is a detailed walk-around video showcasing the ProCharger Supercharger Kit for the Polaris RZR XP. Running just 6 psi of intercooled Boost, with the coolest charge temperatures available, ProCharger produces a 45-50% increase in power resulting in a 1 second improvement in 0-40 and 3.5 second improvement in 20-70 mph performance. Unlike other forced induction offerings, this is a true bolt on, designed to run pump gas with stock compression and no engine modifications.

Check out this Polaris RZR XP 975 turbo with Custom turbo Kit built by Alba Racing in Santee California, using a Borg Warner EFR 6258 turbocharger. The turbo moves enough air to reach 500 horsepower which they someday hope to hit. Fuel is added by 2 additional 1000cc Injection Dynamics injectors controlled by an Alba fuel controller. The bottom end has custom Carrillo H-Beam Rods & 975cc Muzzy's Big-Bore Cylinder w/ Alba spec CP Pistons, Alba turbo cam's, Beehive valve springs, DLC Buckets and Porting wrap up the head. They both had turbo Kits on them that pushed the horsepower up to around 150. A XP 900 comes from the factory with around 80HP so I can't imagine driving one with this much power. These 2 brothers were just playing around in the woods at Byrds Adventure Center.

All that power is funneled through a turbo 400 Automatic with a 2800 stall converter and a Cheetah SCS shifter. Out back, there's a 9 inch Ford rear with 4.10 gears and Posi. I mounted my turn signal/park lamps in the factory postions where I noticed that Polaris mounts them from the factory on models sent overseas where they are street legal right from the start and used an identical lights to keep a factory appearance. The part number for the control head is Peterson Model #500, the LED Flasher under the dash is NAPA part number EL11L1, the High Intensity 3/4" LED lights are Peterson part number V171R for the Red ones, V171A for the Amber ones, and unmentioned in the video I added a couple of V171C clear ones under my dash for interior lights and put one inside my glove box so I'd have a light in there. The part number for the Polaris tail lamps with the clear Backup/Work lights is Polaris part number 2410428 (you will need two, one for each side) and they work in all models of RZR's, Rangers, and Polaris ATV's built after 2008. I don't remember the part number of the Polaris harness that makes them work but just ask your dealer for the "work light harness", I also have a switch on the dash so I can turn them on manually if I need work lights. The horn is a $9.99 Wolo brand from the local auto parts store, the switch on my dash that I turn the park lamps on/off with is a simple black rocker switch and the horn button is a simple black push button momentary contact switch. Buying it and doing yourself cost noticably less than the cheapest aftermarket kits on the market (and all of the ones I have seen fail to have the side lights or backup lights) and almost 75% less than the factory street legal kit from Polaris from an overseas factory street legal model. Note that I mispoke at time index 10:09 - The minimum wheel diameter requirement for legal road use in the US is 13", not 14". The point was simply that the stock 12" wheels on some models may not be legal for use when licensed as a dune buggy but aftermarket 14" wheels will be.
