1968 Charger / 1969 Daytona - /BIG MUSCLE Garage
The 1968 Dodge Charger and the 1969 Dodge Daytona. Two cars based off the
same platform with very different personalities. These two old sleds are
different though, 'cause well, they belong to me (your host) and they're
the reason that BIG MUSCLE exists today. These are not show ponies,
cruisers or weekend projects, but two warhorses that have been run in some
of the toughest long distance and performance events in the United States.
Built for reliability, power and performance, they are not technological
marvels, but old school resto-mods that have been updated for one reason
and one reason only - to put smiles on the faces of all those who see them.
1969 Plymouth Roadrunner Barracuda TV Commercial 69
Original 60 second color TV commercial from 1969 for the Plymouth

Roadrunner character being chased around the showroom floor of a Plymouth
Dealer by the Coyote while showing all the Plymouth cars for the year while
the announcer talks about the big Plymouth sale going on now. but seems to
focas more on the Roadrunner and Barracuda cars in the commercial.
Concept Dodge Charger and Daytona
I bare no hatred towards the current Charger's design, I just don't think
it's a Charger. When I think of a Charger it's 2 doors and hide-a-way
headlights from the late 60's to early 70's, the muscle car. With that in
mind I just wanted do my own version based off the old cars and give it a
modern spin like what was done with the Challenger. Again I don't hate the
current design anything that may point to that is just for purpose of the
video. Opinions and criticism welcome.
With that said this is my design concept for a future Charger and Daytona
it's largely based off of the 69 & 70 with optional grills for both years.
It's been designed in a way to support being put on the current Challenger
chassis the dimensions of it are almost the same it's just a little longer
in the front and back. The interior for the moment is almost the same as
the current Charger. Some things are still subject to change like the
backup lights being in the tail lights I might put them in the body.
This is a fully modeled car with interior engine bay and trunk, I started
designing it last year about this time on my laptop (pc had just died). The
base design was done in about 5 days modeling the interior, motor and other
details took a little longer and I spent the rest of the time tinkering
with the body shape.
The music is from the site danosongs(dot)com
First track is I feel You
Second track is Black box in the Ground
Credit for the music goes of him.
Anyway this is my concept for the new Charger and Daytona, opinions and
criticism welcome, just keep it constructive. : )

There is no perfect police car, but the 2007 Dodge Charger Police Package

police sedan ever sold to law enforcement agencies through normal
government bidding processes — you know, processes where "low bid" means
