this is my truck i just put a new built tranny in. done by myself and probably wrong. the problem shift is at the 6/7 second mark. also at the very last shift i let off so you cant hear it as strong but its there.
UPDATE: when i pulled the trans the gapping between the c2s and c3 was wrong and wasnt dissengaging! theres a plastic spacer thing in there was totally shot. holding up nicely now. Dyno'de truck 10-1-11 518.8HP on eddy Dyno.
2006 Chevrolet duramax 0-60 4x4 475hp
Another video of the 475hp tune, this time in 4x4 and i show the road... it
leaves just before 0:13 and ends just before 0:18, so that puts its 0-60 at
about 5 seconds, not bad for a 7000lbs rig
Duramax Loaded Going Up Steep Incline
Who would have thought that these hay bales could be so heavy. My dad
insists that his duramax out performs my old 24V 5.9 cummins when it comes
to pulling power.
Burnout contest at the 4wheel Jamboree 2012 in Lima, Ohio on May 20th.
This truck blows it's turbo, and
apparently caught on fire mid way through his run. (even though I never saw
any flames) Fortunately for him, he won 1st place in the end.

this video as well.
2011 Denali HD Duramax 6.6 Turbo DEF Tank Issues!
2011 Denali HD DRW 4x4 with the 6.6 turbo Duramax. The DEF Tank is full, yet the DIC
says that I need to refill the tank and that I am limited to 55mph. After
a while it will go down to 5mph. I went to the GMC Dealership and they
have not heard of "any issues with the DEF Tank" Ive tried letting the
truck run for 1 hour...and that still did not fix the issue. I also drove
it 30 miles down the freeway. The truck has 4,000 miles on it. Needless
to say, I am NOT a happy owner and maybe I should get a King Ranch or Dodge
DRW. I am not the only duramax owner having the issue. Brand new truck
and I dont know even know how many miles I have left until it puts me at a
crawl. Thanks GM! Quality Product indeed
