this is my truck i just put a new built tranny in. done by myself and probably wrong. the problem shift is at the 6/7 second mark. also at the very last shift i let off so you cant hear it as strong but its there.
UPDATE: when i pulled the trans the gapping between the c2s and c3 was wrong and wasnt dissengaging! theres a plastic spacer thing in there was totally shot. holding up nicely now. Dyno'de truck 10-1-11 518.8HP on eddy Dyno.

Our 2003 Chevrolet 2500 HD Diesel with Allison transmission, crew cab longbed 4X4, bought new and meticulously maintained has only 52k miles on it. We had a few problems with the speedometer sticking last fall, but it didn't continually stick. Now....lets just say GM has lost a customer for life. The "goodwill" coverage never reached us and isn't now. FOR THE RECORD THIS TRUCK HAS BEEN REPAIRED SO PLEASE STOP ASKING. The issue was GM's poor customer service. We did pay for the repair and subsequent repairs afterwards. The Allison and Duramax are great, The Chevy quality just sucks.

Been working on my grandparents property, part of the estate, and this trailer just had to go! So I used my 2002 Duramax to pull it out, and I am willing to say even though i massivley overloaded the truck with the 50 foot trailer, i am damn impressed!
Pea Gravel Demonstration
