The front suspension is made up of an original 1934 Ford axle held in place with a pair of 1947 dogleg wishbones with a spring mounted off the bones to lower the car. The rear suspension is a narrowed Model T spring and modified split wishbones. Custom built .188 wall 2x4 frame that tapers in the front and has a kick in the rear all powder coated. 1928 Ford Model A Race Car
My friend's project race rat rod. It's a Ford Model A with an original
engine, rebuilt by Dave. She still has a ways to go, but this nearly 85
year old car still goes down the road under its own power!
So, this car would typically get around 30 miles per gallon. What the hell
has Ford been doing for the last 80 years?
