1970 El Camino SS with a few mods :) running the 3.1 mile road course at B.I.R. in Brainerd, MN. Reset my personal best lap time by 3.4 seconds with no changes to the car. Just driver mods. Also reset my best top speed from 148 to 153 mph down the front straight going into turn 1. First time on the track since 2006 with this car.
Spectre Performance 1970 El Camino Video Feature V8TV
http://www.v8tvshow.com/optimadvd - Amir Rosenbaum brought the Speed By Spectre 1970 El Camino to the Optima Ultimate Street Car Invitational event in Pahrump, NV, where we took a quick look at the car. It's a super-slick road and track machine, powered by a dry-sumped LS7 V8 that's been set back and dropped low in the chassis and backed by a T56 6-speed manual trans. We like the fact that Rosenbaum isn't afraid to push it to the limits on the track! -~-~~-~~~-~~-~- Chceck out: "Muscle Car Of The Week Video Episode #182: 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle LS6 454 - The Last One?" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0pczqb76mhw -~-~~-~~~-~~-~-
