This is a video of a 1961 Comet salesman film comparing the car to two
other compacts from the time. The 1961 Pontiac Tempest . This is the

dealers would show the slides and play the record for their salesmen to
train them about the car and point out how it is better than the
competition. Please go to http://www.61thriftpower.com/DVDsales.shtml for

Custom 1972 Pontiac Firebird - V8 sound!
Jamboolio records a fully restored 1972 Pontiac Firebird with the 350 cid
5.7L V8 engine and a stunning new paint job.
The monstrous hood scoops and huge air vents added to the all black
exterior makes it a very bad-ass looking muscle car beast! The Exhaust sound is pretty awesome too! Enjoy.

1966 Pontiac Tempest Custom
1966 Pontiac Tempest Custom 4 Door Sedan for sale in Chicago! This Tempest
has 4600 ACTUAL MILES! There has been only 3 owners, and the current owner
has owned in for 18 years and only put 1000 miles on it! Everything is
original accept upper and lower radiator hoses and the battery. The engine
is an inline 6, an Overhead Cam 6, backed by a 3 on the tree column shift
manual transmission. The original Protect-o-Plate, owners manual, and
service manual are included. The options on this 66 Tempest, according to
the original window sticker, are 14 inch Redline Tires, 14 inch Rally 1
wheels, AM radio (works), Rally Gauge Cluster with working Tachometer,
Custom Sport Wood steering wheel, factory seat belts, door edge guards,
dual horns (work), and full carpet. Missing floor mats. The paint is called
Candlelight Cream and the interior color is Gold with a Brown padded dash
pad. It was built in the Pontiac, Michigan plant and was purchased new on
5-2-1966 from a local dealership in the Chicagoland area. That is it! This
Pontiac has not been restored, paint is original as well as the interior.
The car runs and shifts well! The only thing not hooked up is the heater
core, and it has been unhooked for years. The successful LeMans/Tempest saw
relatively little change for 1966 with the exception of smoother contours,
including hopped-up Coke-bottle styled rear fenders and, on coupes and
hardtops, flying buttress styled rear roof pillars astride recessed
backlights. The weight on this Tempest is only around 3100lbs and total
production was 23,988 units. This 1966 Pontiac Tempest Custom 4 Door Sedan
can be seen at www.gatewayclassiccars.com, and is located in our
Chicagoland Showroom, which can be reached at 708 444 4488.
