Finalmente ultimato dopo circa un anno di intenso lavoro, il modello di caterpillar sixty del 1925 eseguito completamente a mano per un totale di circa 5000 pezzi dal Sig. Franco CUCCHI. Il modello è perfettamente funzionante come l'originale, e quindi completo di cambio, frizione, presa di forza etc. i dati del modello sono:
motore 4 tempi 4 cilindri, alesaggio mm.20 corsa mm. 32 cilindrata totale CC. 40,192 alimentazione: avviamento a benzina marcia a Gpl, lunghezza totale mm 610 larghezza mm. 300 peso complessivo kg. 26.

Apparently the builder's name is Yesus Wilder and he only used three materials to build the engine. Stainless steel, aluminum, and bronze.

Just completed ... mostly machined on a Tormach PCNC mill with SolidWorks/SprutCam CAD/CAM plus manual lathe work on the cast iron cylinders, pistons, rings and crank. My Home Depot Project Airplane
Showing some of the Home Depot projects done around my home including the beginning of a more ambitious project a real airplane. When complete the wingspan will be approx. 18 ft. Fuselage 14 ft. Power-plant will be 20-25 HP Briggs & Stratton. I intend to build it so that it is cheap to operate or repair. So far all materials have come from Home Depot.

Here's a race-tuned Mazda SKYACTIV®-D clean diesel engine getting a quick Dyno workout. Prepped and tested by SpeedSource Race Engineering of Florida, the engine is due to kick asphalt in an all-new Mazda chassis in GRAND-AM Road Racing's new GX class in the Rolex Sports Car Series competition during the 2013 season.
That whine you hear at around :15 is the two-stage turbocharger spooling up. What you can't hear are all the other manufacturers who were defeated on the track by rotary-equipped Mazdas sobbing at the thought of a new race engine from Mazda.

My buddy Andy gets his '08 Dodge Powerwagon un-stuck from a clay-filled mud-hole. Ford used as an anchor-point for the Powerwagon's built in winch.
He is Feathering the throttle, NOT BOUNCING OFF THE LIMITER, so don't post dumb comments about his motor blowing up or "engine damage" because they will be deleted!
