It survives today, but painted orange as a Hazzard clone. For the record, this was taken on a budget Canon compact 'stills' camera - you can't carry a camcorder anywhere near that studio.

clarkson on the one show Jeremy Charles Robert Clarkson (born 11 April 1960) is a British broadcaster and journalist who specialises in motoring. He is best known for his role on the BBC TV show Top Gear along with co-presenters Richard Hammond and James May. He also writes weekly columns for The Sunday Times and The Sun.
From a career as a local journalist in the North of England, Clarkson rose to public prominence as a presenter of the original format of Top Gear in 1988. Since the mid-1990s Clarkson has become a recognised public personality, regularly appearing on British television presenting his own shows and appearing as a guest on other shows. As well as motoring, Clarkson has produced programmes and books on subjects such as history and engineering. From 1998 to 2000 he also hosted his own chat show, Clarkson.
His opinionated but humorous tongue-in-cheek writing and presenting style has often generated much public reaction to his viewpoints. His actions both privately and as a Top Gear presenter have also sometimes resulted in criticism from the media, politicians, pressure groups and the public. Recently in Australia on A Current Affair he claimed that all he does is '...get up, write stuff, [have] supper and [go] to bed'.
As well as the criticism levelled against him, Clarkson also generated a significant following in the public at large, being credited as a factor in the resurgence of Top Gear to the most popular show on BBC Two.

Clarkson hinted that the Stig as a character may no longer continue on Top Gear, saying: "Trust me, we have many, many thousands of people queueing up to be whatever it is we create."
Collins is the second person to play the Stig who has revealed his identity. Previously another racing driver, Perry McCarthy, played a black-suited Stig but was replaced by Collins as the white Stig in 2003 after McCarthy also revealed his identity in a book.
When asked who might replace Collins, Clarkson said: "Richard can't drive and James is too slow. We'll get somebody, don't you worry. Top Gear is damaged but not out. I'd love to have [David] Cameron do it."

A friend of mine burning some rubber with his 1968 Dodge Charger R/T 440.
Under the bonnet the car has got a 440cu (7.2L) Magnum Big Block V8 engine which pumps out around 320HP...
and would you listen to the sound!!!..it's just astonishing...

The three main iterations of Dodge Chargers were a mid-sized (B-body) two-door car from 1966 to 1978, a subcompact (L-body) car from 1983 to 1987, and the (LX and LY) full-sized platform four-door sedans built since 2006.
The name was also carried by a 1999 concept car that differed substantially from the Charger eventually placed into production for the 2006 model year. A similar name, the Ramcharger, was used for the truck-based vehicle.
The name Charger was also used in Brazil as performance model based on the Dart, between 1970 and 1980.

A new Super Bee version of the Charger debuted at the 2006 New York International Auto Show for the 2007 model year. It shared the SRT-8's 425 hp (317 kW) 6.1 L (370 cu in) Hemi engine, but was available in a special "Detonator Yellow" paint with black decals. It is a limited edition with only 1,000 being produced. A B5 Blue version of the Super Bee was shown at the 2007 North American International Auto Show and went on sale in early 2008, also with a limited run of 1,000. A total of 425 Hemi Orange Super Bees were built in 2009. In 2011, it was announced that the Super Bee will be returning as a 2012 model on the redesigned Dodge Charger with the 392 HEMI engine in "Stinger Yellow" and "Pitch Black"
An SRT-8 version of the Charger debuted at the 2005 New York International Auto Show. Powered by a 425 hp (317 kW) version of the 6.1 L (370 cu in) Hemi, it also featured upgraded Brembo brakes, and interior and exterior updates. The engine produces 420 lb·ft (569 N·m) of torque. The 425 net horsepower of the modern 6.1 L Hemi makes it even more powerful than the legendary Chrysler Hemi engines of the muscle car era, the biggest of which was rated at 425 gross horsepower. This makes the 6.1 L Hemi engine the most powerful V8 engine that Chrysler has ever put in a production vehicle with a 5-speed automatic transmission.

The story began back in the early 60's. Ford wanted to dominate all the branches of motorsport, and to win the famous 24 hours of Le Mans, they decided the easiest way would be to buy Ferrari, which had an inpressive and unchallenged streak of wins in this race.
But Enzo Ferrari came up with loads of new conditions for the sale all the time. The deal turned sour and after some time, Ferrari closed the negotiations.
Henry Ford II was furious! He ordered his best engineers to: "Create a car that would crush the red italians!"
After two years of developement, testing, failure and improvement, the GT40 dominated Le Mans in 1966, with both first, second and third place being taken by this incredible machine.
But it didn't stop there, all the three folowing years, the GT40 won the Le Mans, securing it a place in all proper gearheads hall of fame.

The Dodge Charger SRT-8 is a fast car, with a 425 horsepower, 6.1L V8...and a family car at the same time! The ride is nice, and smooth but you can still go from 0 to 60 in just 4.9 seconds. The styling is wonderful, with an aggressive look from most every angle and a red stitching on the upholstery inside.
