2008 Lexus IS-F Start Up, Exhaust, and In Depth Tour
Well ever since I did the video on the 2011 IS-F I have been on a search
for the famous ultrasonic blue mica that had been featured in all the
original press releases for the IS-F upon it's release. Plus I wanted a
more smooth orchestrated video that taught viewers a little more about the
history behind the car, my search is over and I hope everyone enjoys! In
this video I give a full in depth tour of the 2008 Lexus IS-F. This car is
also part of the vast hendrick performance collection. I take viewers on a
close look through the interior and exterior of this car while showing
details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the
vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up
and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this
car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.
Thanks a lot to Hendrick BMW of Charlotte, NC for allowing me to film this
video! For more info on this vehicle as well as others visit

The Lexus LFA Gets An Oil Change
Quite a long process if you ask me!
I had the privilege to witness the oil change service on a Lexus LFA. It
takes a good 30 minutes to even get it on the rack and then the oil change
takes about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
The LFA has a dry sump system for the oil to prevent engine oil starvation
through high speed corners and lowers the engine's center of mass.
My daughter actually made an appearance in this video too. :)
This system holds 14.8 US QTs and it is required to drain, fill, cycle
fresh oil, drain, fill, top off and change filters. Seems like alot of work
I'll be uploading a ton of pictures of this oil change to:

Homemade Waste Oil Burner Heater FREE Plans DIY -NEW-
Watch how easy it is to start & run. -FREE- Full plans, description &
dimensions video. Extremely efficient, low maintenance and easy to clean.
It took many years of R&D. A used smog pump from a junk yard is 5-10 bucks.
(most 1980s car / truck.) Using a smog pump PULSES the air @ low pressure
atomizes the oil keeping all the heat in the heater NOT out the chimney. (I
had tried air compressor & blowers.) FYI - This burner setup can be used in
most any wood burning stove. The more air tight the stove is the more
efficient it will be. I used it many years at first with manual control in
a pot belly stove & never had a problem. The nice thing about this design
is being able to control the room temp, not having to shut it off &
re-light it! It don't sound like much but it was a challenge to be able to
idle it without a flame out condition. After your room is up to temp it
uses very little oil. Also I can adjust the controls and fill the entire
inside of the stove with totally blue flames. Gasifier? Questions - just
ask, comments are very appreciated too! Thank You for watching - Jeff.

conventional mineral-based motor oil.
Clearly, Synthetic oil is the best way to ensure that your vital engine
components are adequately lubricated during cold cranking.
New & Old
With very few exceptions, Synthetic Oil is a wise choice for all new and
Modern engine components are built to higher tolerances and levels of
precision and the superior lubricating properties of Synthetic Oil deliver
the finest day-to-day protection against wear.
Older-engines, performance-engines and power-plants-under-heavy-load can

Factory Warranties remain intact, un-compromised and supported.
In any case, the best warranty is the one you never have to use and proper
routine maintenance is an effective way to achieve that long-term goal.

This means that you can safely upgrade to synthetic oil... or in a pinch,
switch back or partially top-up with conventional mineral oil.
When you factor-in a decrease in engine wear and fuel consumption,
upgrading to Synthetic Oil can add up to long term savings and better
performance throughout the life of your vehicle.
Ultimately, the goal is for fewer repairs, so that you and your car can
