Ford Focus on Nitrous beats Ford Mustang GT
We took two identical Focus, or Focii as we like to call them. Tossed a NX Sub C (Subcompact) Nitrous system on one of the Focii. Made a little demo video. After we got bored we decided to race the Focus against a 96 Mustand GT. It only took stepping up to the 50HP setting to beat it.

This is a start to finish video of an engine swap in a 2001 Ford Focus in time lapse. This video shows the entire process of changing an engine in just 5 minutes. The Focus used in this video was still running great but had 193,000 miles on it. That engine was replaced with a 15,000 mile engine from a totaled 2003 Ford Focus. This process is much easier when you have access to a life but can still be done by placing the car on jack stands and lowering the engine out. Unfortunately most of the work of switching out the transmission and accessory drive was done out of frame in the middle of the video. The extra work at the end of the video was to trouble shot why the new motor was idling at 3,000 rpm. That was cause by a stuck idle air control valve from where the engine had been in storage for so long. The work was done by myself, Brian Woehler with help from my dad William "Ray" Woehler at the Wabash Autobody headquarters.
