I thought you might like a look at this very nice 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle
SS clone. It's powered by a 502 Big-block, backed by a Muncie four-speed,
and a 12 bolt rear with 3.42 Posi gears. It's painted in Cortez Silver and
has the SS stripes and badges. It's riding on aftermarket aluminum rims,
with a set of Hankook tires. They've also added a set of drilled and
slotted disc brakes up front, an aluminum radiator, air conditioning, and
more. This car is ready for you to hop in and go. I hope you find it
interesting, thanks for taking a look!

1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396/402 Frame Off Resto 350HP!
The story starts in 1978 with this car. I originally bought it 31 years ago
and loved it. Absolute power, beautiful looks, solid muscle car body. In a
weird sequence of events, I ended up trading it in at Dvorak's Chevrolet in
Stoughton, WI for a 1973 Chevy Laguna (I'm not sure what I was thinking
The car then ended up with another owner who had it for 17 years. He
performed a body off restoration and put in a remanned engine. He also
painted it black with gold stripes (not a pretty sight, maybe it was the
1980s that inspired him, maybe Smokey and the Bandit).
In 2003 my youngest son bought it and immediately got three tickets, so I
"helped him out" and bought it back. It was nice to have it back, really. I
then finished the restoration and painted it back to the original colors
and put in a new interior.
I'm only selling this car because I want to build a $30,000 fence around my
horse farm for my daughters. That's it. This car has a lot of memories for
my family and myself, and I'd really love for someone as enthusiastic about
cars (particularly Chevelles) to buy it from me and carry on the legacy.
Check out the video we put together - it really shows how much fun you can
have with this car. It takes country roads and eats them for breakfast.
This car can be a cruiser or if you want to open it up, an absolute beast.
Here's the info for the car:

This striking '67 Chevelle pro-tourer, with its 468 cubic inch V8, tweaked
air suspension and completely custom interior, is the perfect piece for the
muscle car fan who wants the best of absolutely everything!
The beneficiary of a professional frame-off restoration that was completed
in June of 2012, this slick Chevy hardtop features a seamless custom
appearance that's highlighted by an immaculate coat of mirror-like paint.
Take one look down the sides of this Chevelle's rock-solid body and it
becomes obvious that great care was taken to ensure every panel is aligned
to better-than-factory fit. Step closer to the car's hypnotic finish and
check out its straight and ripple-free surfaces which are a product of both
rust-free sheetmetal and high quality prep work. Grab the car's
well-adjusted hood and feel how smoothly it closes to provide an excellent
fit which is set off by a precise gaps and a glossy clearcoat shell. Now,
step back and watch it all add up to one very well-done pro-tourer which is
built to exacting specifications and features a great combination of
skilled workmanship and first-rate detailing.
The Chevrolet division has always represented performance to a virtual army
of car guys. But unlike their luxuriously smooth Impala brethren, Chevelles
manifests that performance as raw attitude and brute force. Lift the hood
of this sinister pro-tourer and you'll find a 468 cubic inch big block V8
which makes killer power and produces the kind of throaty growls that
elicit an immediate 'deer in the headlights' look.
The more things change, the more they stay the same as this 21st century
A-Body kicks into go-mode thanks to a rugged M22 Rock Crusher. As you can
probably tell from our pictures, that proven pebble pounder is suspended by
a fully rebuilt chassis that's fitted with fresh air bags, modern power
steering, a traditional 12 bolt rear end and giant drilled and slotted
rotors that are seized by bright red calipers. And putting the power to the
pavement is a slick set of Boss Motorsports 338s which spin 235/40ZR18
front and 275/35ZR20 rear Nexen N7000 radials around chrome lug nuts and
Inside this stunning Chevelle you'll find a completely custom interior
that's tight, technological and in excellent condition. The firm seats,
modern units that have been swiped from a donor car and recovered in faux
ostrich skin, feel comfortable enough to spend a sunny afternoon in. At the
front of those seats, a custom dash hangs a sweet set of Auto Meter
American Muscle gauges above a control panel for the car's Nostalgic Air
Parts air conditioning and a bright screen for the car's Power Acoustik
CD/DVD/Navigation system. At the base of that dash, a custom black console
props a leather-booted Hurst shifter in front of four power window switches
and a small leather armrest. In front of the driver a chrome tilt steering
column, which is complete with a full set of billet stalks, prominently
displays a custom chrome steering wheel. And behind the passengers, a
fully-finished trunk features premium carpet, custom paneling and two large
In summary, this '67 Chevelle represents creative engineering at its very
finest, combining stunning design and execution with no-excuses, no-limits
performance. Call, click or visit http://RKMotorsCharlotte.com for more

This stunning Chevelle, which couples a Mast Motorsports LSX small block
with a beefy Tremec 6-speed and serialized Art Morrison chassis, is as an
amazing classic that can be enjoyed both on the road AND at the show.
The product of a fresh, $200K restoration that transformed a sun-seeking
Malibu into a shadow-dwelling Super Sport, this slick Chevy hardtop
features a seamless and sinister appearance that's highlighted by an
immaculate coat of jet-black paint.
Twisting stout 11.4 to 1 compression into 628 Dyno-proven horsepower and a massive 585
lb./ft. of torque, this coupe's high performance, Mast Motorsports LSX 454
is a technological testament to the old rule: more cubic inches equals more
on GM's stalwart iron block small block, Mast's brutal mill utilizes forged
Callies internals, Mahle pistons, ARP fasteners and a custom Mast
Motorsports cam to flat out whip pretty much anything with four wheels. A
perfect amount of air and fuel is supplied by a mandatory GM throttle body
that's cinched to a big, reusable filter element. That air and fuel mixes
in a proven Vortec intake and progresses to familiar LS3 cylinder heads
that are built with Manley pushrods and LS3 hydraulic roller lifters.
Immediately following combustion, spent gases roar through 3-inch,
mandrel-bent pipes via black, Jet-Hot coated Stainless Works headers. And a
big Be Cool radiator, two Spal puller fans, a heavy duty crankcase breather
and high quality Aeromotive fuel components ensure rocket-like
That killer small block sprints to its 6,800 RPM redline thanks to a fresh
Tremec Magnum 6-speed that's built to handle 700 lb./ft. of torque. Holding
that world class drivetrain off the pavement is a $21K Art Morrison boxed
chassis, which is seated between traditional mini tubs. At the front of
that chassis, tubular control arms hang adjustable Strange coil-overs and
Detroit Speed power rack and pinion steering between an Art Morrison sway
bar and tough, C6 Corvette spindles. At the back of that chassis, an Art
Morrison, chrome-moly 4-link is complete with two more Strange coil-overs
and a second Art Morison sway bar. And at the corners of the car, a $4K set
of Boze Lateral G wheels spin sticky 275/35ZR18 front, and 335/30ZR18 rear,
BF Goodrich G-Force T/As around locking lug nuts and "LSX" branded center
Open this Chevy's solid-closing doors and take in a custom black interior
that, as an astute combination of serious hardware and modern aesthetics,
is the perfect place to spend high profile weekends. The first thing you'll
notice is four racing-style bucket seats: two of which are fitted with
5-point Impact Racing harnesses, and all of which are so supportive they'll
have no problem living 100 miles at a time. In front of those seats, a
custom dash hangs carbon fiber-styled inserts between custom American
Autowire wiring and Auto Meter GM Performance Parts bowtie gauges. In front
of the driver, a stylish, 4-spoke steering wheel spins a thick black rim
around a tilting, Flaming River steering column. And the car's builders
made sure safety was a top priority by installing a full Art Morrison cage
over a track-ready fire suppression system.
This stunning Chevelle looks absolutely predatory, and will likely attract
a TON of attention wherever it goes. And with 628 horsepower under its hood,
and a whole roster of top-notch equipment that's already spec-d and
seamlessly bolted together, it's your one way ticket to instant
gratification! Call, click or visit http://RKMotorsCharlotte.com for more

this one. The paint is slick and it has a ton of cool features, like the

stout 350 small block crate engine, with the centerbolt style heads. They
have detailed it out nicely with a chrome air cleaner, billet aluminum
