2004 SRT-4 vs 2003 Cobra Vert
SRT-4 is mostly stock. pushing about 15psi, cold air intake
cobra is also pretty stock has cold air intake and cat back Exhaust.
both my cars, I was driving the SRT and friend was driving Cobra
this was shot at an undisclosed location at about 5,200 feet of altitude.
SRT4 called me out: Had some fun! turbo FA5: stock engine, trans, head,
cams, etc... everything except the clutch. TD Autowerkes manifold, 3" down
pipe all the way out to Vibrant street flow muffler, tial 44mm wg, mid
sized turbo, vertical mount Intercooler setup.
2nd gear = 5psi
3rd gear = 8.5psi
4th gear = 8.5psi
Federal RS-R tires @ 235/40/17
SRT4: 3" Exhaust, Intercooler kit. (getting upgraded and
tuned, will have rematch soon)
2005 SRT-4 0-100 mph
My lightly modded Neon SRT-4 going for a quick sprint to 100 mph. Mopar air
intake, Mopar catback, and Mopar lowering springs were the only mods
installed at time of recording. Run was made on a private
computer-generated runway in Mexico. Video rendering edits, screenshots,
and proof can be found on Demonoid with a quick search of the video's
Car was Dyno'd around
the 100,000 mile mark. Around the same time as the making of this video the
car made 192 horsepower @ ~5,200 rpms and
225 lb/ft of torque @ ~3,000 rpms to the wheels.
