For more information on this vehicle visit http://tinyurl.com/76q69tb If you're one of the growing number of enthusiasts who wants to actually enjoy the performance, look, and value of the storied Yenko name, this '69 Camaro is your opportunity to forgo the time, headache and six figure cost of building one yourself. There's no question that the '69 Camaro is one of the best looking muscle cars of all time. Throw in a slick coat of correct GM code 72 Hugger Orange paint and an authentic race-inspired Yenko decal kit, and it becomes one seriously lust-worthy piece of automotive art. Naturally, all this car's top notch eye candy rides on a clean and arrow straight body which presents solid, dent-free panels with better-than-new fit and super narrow gaps. And its rugged two-stage urethane provides the kind of dynamic finish and glossy shine that will emphasize the car's power and attitude for years to come. Lift this Camaro's bright orange hood and you'll find a date correct iron block 427 which has been restored to a highly accurate, showroom fresh appearance. At the top of that block air flows from a correct open element air cleaner, which is adorned with a new 427 cross-flag decal, into a coated Holley 4-barrel carburetor and a modern aluminum Chevrolet intake manifold. At the sides of that intake, spectacular finned aluminum valve covers hang multi-colored Yenko emblems above fully restored cast iron Exhaust manifolds. And at the back of those valve covers, a rebuilt points distributor sends fire through correct Packard TV R Suppression wires. Cooling is provided by a Yenko-spec Harrison heavy duty radiator which sends water through reproduction GM hoses and fresh tower clamps. And, since this Camaro came with factory equipped power steering and power disc brakes, an appropriately tagged Delco Moraine brake Booster hangs on the firewall and a correct power steering pump is bolted to the left side of the engine block. Although you could get a Yenko with a slushbox, the vast majority were equipped with tough M21 Muncie 4-speeds. And this particular Camaro, which has been upgraded with a virtually indestructible Borg Warner ST-10, spins a correct 12 bolt Posi-traction rear end and tire shredding 3.90 gears via a correctly detailed driveshaft. That rear end hangs on restored leaf springs and brand new shocks which help give the car its crouching stance; and that transmission rides just behind a restored double A-arm front suspension which features fresh shocks, correct factory optioned power steering and correct factory optioned power disc brakes. At the center of the car, a thrill inducing soundtrack roars through a fresh Gardner Exhaust system which accurately duplicates the car's original chambered pipes. And at the corners of the car, era correct 15 inch American Racing Torque Thrust D wheels wear a fresh set of E70-15 Goodyear Wide Tread GTs. Inside this pristine Yenko tribute, it's 100% Camaro; and that's always a good thing! Original GM code 713 Black Houndstooth upholstery features an OEM feel that simply can't be duplicated by today's best restoration products. An optional Z87 deluxe interior package, which includes unique stainless trimmed door panels, wood grain dash applique and bright pedal trim, amps up the visual appeal. And bold "YSC" headrest decals provide just the right amount of detail to elevate an already impressive cockpit to a whole new level. In front of the driver, a good looking black dash hangs beautifully restored gauges, an electric clock and controls for the cars heater above bright wood grain trim and a correct Delco AM radio. Below that dash, an optional center console props a completely chrome Hurst short throw shifter above great looking wood faced and chrome trimmed accent plates. And at the sides of the seats, black deluxe door panels are decorated with excellent looking stainless trim and correct white inlayed "Camaro" emblems. Connecting the driver to the road is a fully restored factory steering wheel which spins a blue bowtie and great looking wood applique around a factory tilt steering column. If a Super Sport is just too ordinary and you really dig the magical appeal of that storied 4, 2, and 7 number combination, this high quality Yenko is just what you need! 69 Yenko Camaro first drive - blows tires loose through 3rd gear without trying
I finnally have my Yenko Camaro put back together with the new Drivetrain, the BBC makes a little over 500Hp and 550TQ, with a M21 4-Speed and 4.10 Posi..in a car that weighs 3500lbs...Needless to say the car is an animal and super fun to drive! This is really the first time I have jumped on the car hard 3/4 throttle, I have been breaking in the engine in and figured I would video the first of Many big burnouts : )

132406 / 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS
For more information on this vehicle visit http://tinyurl.com/olrq428 Born from universal appeal and broad aftermarket support, this sinister Camaro is a virtual tour de force of proven mechanicals. And with a clean body that's dropped on a custom suspension, fitted with a leather-lined interior and bolted to a hot LS7 small block, it's the kind of killer classic that makes factory-fresh bowties shake in their run-flats! The beneficiary of a professional, frame-off restoration that was completed just last week, this slick '69 Camaro features a seamless custom appearance that's highlighted by an immaculate coat of Charcoal Gray paint. Take one look down the sides of the car's rock-solid body and it becomes very obvious that great care was taken to ensure every panel is aligned to better-than-factory standards. Step closer to that body's mirror-like pigment and check out its straight and ripple-free surfaces, which are a product of both clean OEM sheetmetal and high quality replacement panels. Grab the pivotal pieces of that well-adjusted sheetmetal and experience the kind of excellent fit that's right at home reflecting a summertime car show. Then step back to admire one very well-done pro-tourer that's built to exacting specifications thanks to a great combination of skilled workmanship and first-rate finishing techniques. That slick combination of metallic pigment and high class trim certainly is pretty, but now it's time to get serious. Cranking out 513 rear wheel horsepower, the lightweight, high performance LS7 rumbling beneath this car's hood is a technological testament to the old rule: more cubic inches equals more horsepower! Derived from GM's very successful Corvette racing program, the brutal mill utilizes forged main bearings, a forged steel crank, titanium connecting rods, a high lift cam and flat-top, aluminum pistons to flat out whip pretty much anything with four wheels. Behind that brazen small block, a fresh Tremec T56 6-speed utilizes a Ringbrothers clutch reservoir to spin a familiar 12-bolt rear end that's fitted with high quality Moser axles and stout 3.73 gears. That buff drivetrain hangs in a custom Global West front and Ridetech rear suspension, which makes excellent use of tubular control arms, Detroit Speed subframe connectors and a full set of coil-over-shocks. And torque melts the pavement thanks to painted Forgeline wheels and 245/35ZR18 front and 325/30ZR19 rear Michelin Pilot Super Sports. Behind this Camaro's solid-closing doors you'll find a supple Upholstery Unlimited interior that wraps firm leather seats in a nice blend of contemporary style and modern convenience. At the front of the car, a custom, leather-topped dash hangs a slick set of Classic Instruments Moal Bomber gauges above a new Sony CD player and controls for a familiar Vintage Air climate system. Below that dash, a custom console, which is loosely based on GM's factory-correct piece, props a sweet Ringbrothers shifter between illuminated window switches and bright LED courtesy lamps. And in front of the driver, a snazzy Billet Specialties wheel spins a speed-drilled rim around a subdued Flaming River steering column. With its timeless style, excellent performance and modern comfort, this slick Camaro pro-tourer is an absolute blast to drive and instantly admired wherever it goes. Call, click or visit http://RKMotorsCharlotte.com for more information on this well-sorted performer!
