2007 Saturn Ion Redline Dyno
Saturn Ion Redline 251WHP and 232 ft. lbs. The 3" catless Exhaust held it back a bit (no back pressure) and the tune is running slightly lean. Yes, I'm aware that a 3" catless Exhaust is a little too big for the current mods (listed below). I bought it because I have future plans to put some good work into the motor; hopefully sooner than later.

Supercharger Was removed and a Custom turbo kit was built (By OpenExcessMotors). This is stock internals with stock transmission on a 2004 Ion Redline 2.0 LSJ.

Ion Redline Dyno Pull
This is my 2005 Ion Redline. We went to ZZP and had them Dyno tune it for us.
Mods:
ZZP PCM
42# Injectors
2.9" Pulley
K&N Typhoon CAI
Magnaflow straight through muffler
Toped out at 265 hp 240tq, but since the IAT2's were well above 350F and The 42# injectors were maxed out, Tim tuned it down to 258/235 to be safe.
Current Mods:
Same as above + ZZP S3 Heat Exchanger :D

Ion, stage 2, ZZP 2.9 pulley,ZZP header Catted ZZP 3in down pipe, borla Xr1 muffler 3in. bad stage 3 clutch. hp tuners tune. K&N CAI, 42lb injectors. STI, tune. up pipe,CAI, full Exhaust, the rest is unknown he runs 12.6's@109 i run 14.1@110. 40MPH roll

Stage II Saturn Ion RedLine Dyno
I know that everyone is going to doubt this...they already have, so go ahead and say what you want. The Dyno run was at Murillo Motorsports in San Antonio. Thus the numbers should be legitimate. I was expecting 260ish, but here you go:
