I HAVE SINCE FIXED THE BOLT ON GUARD AND RE FITTED. VERY DANGEROUS. ALSO BROKEN GRINDING DISCS CAN FLY OFF AT HIGH SPEED INTO YOUR FACE, WHICH CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY. PLEASE OBSERVE ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. I WAS LUCKY. I APOLOGISE FOR PUBLISHING THE VIDEO WITH THE GUARD OFF, I DO TAKE SAFETY VERY SERIOUSLEY.

Pt 12 of the restoration of a Ford Cortina 1971 GXL (early model) . Discovered in a field in Essex. Abandoned for 24 years. Left in the open, exposed at the mercy of the elements. Left for dead.
