Das Fahrzeug hat eine Automatische Choke-Vorrichting, was bedeutet, daß man bei Kälte keinen Knopf ziehen muß so wie bei früheren Vergaser Motoren. Zweimaliges drücken des Gaspedas sollte den automatischen Vergaser aktivieren (hat hier anscheinend nicht so funktionert) Ich finde das Fahrzeug hat einen tollen Sound verglichen mit den heutigen Autos. Buick Park Avenue Power Seat Repair
All is not lost if your power seat craps out. This shaky video shows how I fixed the up and down motors on mine. I've found three motors that will fit. I used two Dorman 924-553 in the driver's seat. They cost about $50.00 each and they have threads on the shaft. The Dorman 924-556 and the surplus motor (link below) seem to be very similar. The surplus motor however. is only $14.75 You need to use an E clip instead of a nut as a fastener. 1998 Buick Park Ave Magnet Fuel Gauge Fix
This is a common problem with the Buick Park Ave. Easy fix with a strong magnet. In this video the magnet I used was not really strong enough that is why you see the edit and the tap tap tap sound at the end. It took me about 5 minutes because I just needed a little more magnet power. I recommend buying a 1" x 1" x 1/4" Neo magnet I will leave a link where to buy. They run about 10.00 but it is strong enough to swing the gauge very easy. A great tool to have. The cause of this is my opinion only. In my case it has done this about 4 times. All 4 times the battery was low. It is battery related and I think the real problem may be the fuel sender. Make sure ignition is turned off before attempting this. You may damage electronics as the magnet is VERY powerful. Use caution and only put as close as needed you should be fine. Thanks for watching!
