The 2013 Genesis Coupe Drift Car debuted at the streets of long beach this year putting down some solid runs. The RWD Genesis Coupe is an excellent platform for drifting and has lead to a great partnership between Hyundai and the Rhys Millen Racing team. The team has put a lot of hours into preparations and testing which in turn has lead to a reliable and very competitive race car ready for a podium finish.
Follow us as we continue our hunt for the championship in 2012. We're going to be posting race recaps a few days after each race as we compete for the title.

2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track vs 2013 Ford Mustang V6 Performance Package
Regardless of their opposing design philosophies, both the Genesis Coupe and Mustang are equipped with high-output naturally aspirated V6 engines and 6-speed manual gearboxes, tip the scales at around 3,500 lbs, and are packaged with firmer suspensions, bigger brakes and stickier tires so that you can literally drive them off the showroom floor and onto the race track. And that's exactly what we've done.
