Forgotten Volkswagen 23 Window Deluxe Samba PART 2
We get after the Neglected Deluxe before she even gets off the trailer.
After hours and hours of grinding all 23 windows are exposed and she looks
better than ever. Give us a call if you know of an abandoned VW that could
use some love. We are always looking for new projects to add to our
collection. Thanks Skeeters (208)200-6053

Forgotten Volkswagen 23 Window Deluxe Samba
Got a tip on a bus that was owned by a local guy but that was located
almost 1100 miles away in New Mexico. We put a deal together on it and this
video documents some of the adventure in retrieving it from New Mexico.
Over 2300 miles traveled in just under 36 hours to bring this early pressed
bumper 23 window bus back to the Stable. Subscribe and follow the progress
of this very cool, possibly even rare by some peoples standards, 23 window
deluxe as it is slowly put back on the road.

1966 Volkswagen Bug Racelegal.com 12-2-2011
Volkswagen bug drag racing on the 1/8 mile drag strip racelegal.com.
The Volkswagen Type 1, widely known as the Volkswagen Beetle or Volkswagen
Bug, is an economy car produced by the German auto maker Volkswagen (VW)
from 1938 until 2003. With over 21 million manufactured in an
air-cooled, rear-engined, rear-wheel drive configuration, the Beetle is the
longest-running and most-manufactured automobile of a single design
platform anywhere in the world.
The same body appeared during 1966, with a 1,300 cc engine in place of the
1,200 cc engine: it was only in the 1973 model Super Beetle that the Beetle
acquired an obviously curved windscreen. The flat windscreen remained on
the standard Beetle.
