1000HP Turbo 2014 Mustang GT
2014 Coyote Mustang with a
Ford Racing 9.5:1 aluminator with a CPR turbo kit using a borg warner S476 turbo, running a stock 6R80 transmission with a
Circle D converter. Fuel system is a JPC triple pump return style system
with ID2000 injectors.
The car was tuned by Adam Browne at Revolution Automotive in Maryland
Peak numbers were 1001hp/820tq on 19.9lbs of Boost on E85. Final numbers were 961hp/817tq
on 17lbs of Boost on E85 and
669hp/582tq on 10lbs of Boost on 93
octane pump gas. The smoke on decel is a combination of the catch can/PCV
setup, running E85/ID2000's and it was fairly cool in the shop, the motor
is fine and the turbo is fine.
