► 2013 Range Rover - INTERIOR (Autobiography Edition) [HD]

The fourth generation of the iconic Range Rover line, the new model has been revealed to the world via a dramatic event held at The Royal Ballet School in Richmond, London. The All-New Range Rover is the ultimate luxury SUV, following the innovative spirit of the original design from over 40 years ago. The world's first SUV with a lightweight all-aluminium body, the new Range Rover takes the capabilities of the marque's flagship to a new level, with even greater luxury and refinement, enhanced performance and handling on all terrains, and significant advances in sustainability. Range Rovers are renowned for providing occupants a sensation of serene isolation from the hectic world outside, and the new model has been engineered to meet the highest luxury car standards for refinement. Meticulous attention to detail throughout the development process has eliminated all unwanted sounds and traces of harshness, and measures like the rigorously optimised body structure, acoustic lamination of the windscreen and side door glass, and new dual-isolated engine mounts have led to a significant reduction in noise levels. The new chassis architecture is combined with completely re-engineered four-corner air suspension, and together they have enabled engineers to achieve even more luxurious ride comfort and refinement, in addition to transformed on-road handling, with more confident and agile cornering. With its highly acclaimed line-up of torque-rich engines, the new Range Rover delivers swift and effortless performance. Customers have a choice of two petrol (5.0-litre 375 PS LR-V8 and 510PS LR-V8 Supercharged) and two diesel (3.0-litre 258PS TDV6 and 4.4-litre 339PS SDV8) engines, all of which are now paired with a smooth and responsive eight-speed automatic transmission. True to the Range Rover DNA, the new model features the unique Command Driving Position, placing the driver in an elevated, upright seating position - typically over 90mm higher than other premium SUVs - to provide a supreme sense of confidence and control. The all-new Range Rover has been engineered from the ground up to be the most refined, most capable Range Rover ever. With the adoption of the latest body and chassis technologies, the vehicle's all-terrain performance has moved on to another level, both in the breadth and accessibility of its off-road capability, and its on-road handling and refinement. Amongst the industry-leading innovations is a ground-breaking next-generation version of Land Rover's Terrain Response® system, which analyses the current driving conditions and automatically select the most suitable vehicle settings. An all-new state-of-the-art lightweight suspension architecture delivers class-leading wheel travel, providing exceptional wheel articulation and composure to deal with the toughest conditions. Outstanding traction and dynamic stability is provided by the proven Range Rover full-time intelligent 4WD system, with a two-speed transfer box, working in parallel with the sophisticated electronic traction control systems. The new Range Rover's unmatched breadth of capability is also reflected in its tremendously strong structure with enhanced body geometry for all-terrain conditions, wading depth which has improved by 200mm to 900mm, and its position as the best towing vehicle in its class with a 3,500kg trailer capability. To ensure exceptional durability and reliability, the new Range Rover has been subjected to Land Rover's punishing on- and off-road test and development regime, with a fleet of development vehicles covering countless thousands of miles over 18 months of arduous tests in over 20 countries with extremes of climate and road surfaces.

2013 Land Rover Range Rover Test Drive & Luxury SUV Video Review
http://www.autobytel.com/land-rover/range-rover/2013/ The Range Rover was first launched way back in 1970 and now for the 2013 model year there is an all new and totally redesigned 4th generation SUV. The overall look has still remained throughout the years while also evolving with the times. And this new 2013 Land Rover Range Rover looks as amazing as ever. Land Rover states this vehicle has a couple of different design elements that include: Luxury, Sustainability, Relevant Functionality and Desirability. Underneath the all the luxury lives the soul of one of the most capable off-road vehicles ever produced for the mass car market. But with the high price tag many of these luxury SUVs will never step foot off the pavement. The base price on a new 2013 Land Rover Range Rover is $82,650 with the top of the line Supercharged Plus model with the Autobiography Package starting at $130,100. For over 40 years Land Rover has been producing the Range Rover and over that time this vehicle has become the ultimate luxury SUV. This new 4th generation Range Rover is bold, beautiful, and powerful. This high end vehicle drives so well you would be hard pressed to find anything wrong with it. The Range Rover offers a great powerplant, luxurious ride, and all the features and options you would expect from the leader in luxury SUVs. The 2013 Range Rover has been completely redesigned inside and out. For starters they really simplified the instrument panel. Now there are a lot fewer buttons and the infotainment system is much more intuitive. The typical driver will not be going off road for the most part, but it is nice to know they can. Those capabilities are at your fingertips when driving the 2013 Range Rover. Under the hood lives a 5.0 liter V-8 engine pushing 375 horsepower and 375 lb-ft. of torque through an 8-speed automatic. Step up to the Supercharged models and power jumps to 510 horsepower and 461 lb-ft. of torque. Fuel economy is 14 MPG in the city and 20 MPG on the highway. Land Rover has also improved the stability and braking dynamics of this Range Rover. In fact everything about this luxury SUV is all new but the most exciting fact is that the weight has been reduced by 700 pounds. Because of this you will be getting better fuel economy and better performance. The Terrain Response System is an all new system for the Range Rover and has several modes of operation. You can choose between a Snow/Gravel setting, a Mud and Ruts setting, a Sand setting, and the most aggressive off-road setting is the Rock Crawl Mode. There is no question the 2013 Range Rover is one of the most sophisticated and technologically advanced SUVs on the market. There are 4 different trims levels when it comes to the 2013 Land Rover Range Rover. Choose from the Base model, the HSE model, the Supercharged model, and the Autobiography model. The latter model swaps out the seating for 5 and replaces the rear bench seat with 2 Captain's Chairs for maximum comfort. The Autobiography model is the most luxurious SUV you can buy. Land Rover has really done a great job with this model. The 2013 Range Rover is just a brilliant vehicle. If you can afford this luxury SUV do yourself a favor and go buy one. 2013 Range Rover On and Off-Road 0-60 MPH First Drive Review
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The brand new 2013 Range Rover is 700 pounds lighter than the out-going model. In a world where cars get heavier that's very unusual and that's because Range Rover used lots of aluminum in the construction premium British SUV. The 4th generation of the iconic off-road vehicle is also more posh, more dirty worthy and of course more expensive. In this exclusive TFLcar first drive review we test the new 2013 Range Rover both on and off-road to see how it drives near the Grand Canyon in Utah and Arizona. We also test the Range Rover Performance from 0-60 MPH, and we get the SUV muddy and vertical on some very challenging off-road terrain.
