This time it decides to get stuck in first and not let me change the gears regardless of how many times i re-adjust the clutch etc etc.

How a Motorcycle Clutch Works High Detail and Very Basic
You can get a clutch set like this on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000GV6AFW/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_il_tl?ie=U TF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B000GV6AFW&linkCode=as2&tag=httpww wyou00f-20 I got this one at Rocky Mountain ATV MC http://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p/44/54/228/895/3529/3011/Tusk-Clutch-Kit The bike in the video is a 2003 CRF 450 R. It would start moving forward in 1st gear when the engine RPMs got near idle. This caused a stalling problem. At higher RPMs it was OK. There was no slipping etc. Given the $50 price of replacing the frictions AND steels it made sense to replace them instead of just cleaning them. We also replace the gear oil of course. The cause was bad oil and wear material causing a sticky/suction issue that made the clutch engage when RPMs were below 1000 even with the clutch cable adjusted and the clutch lever fully applied. It works AWESOME now! How a Motorcycle Clutch Works High Detail and Very Basic

S1000RR 212RWHP vs GSXR 1000 204RWHP Highway Battle
S1000RR 212RWHP vs GSXR 1000 204RWHP Highway Battle . The Gixxer pulls a bit better in low-end and mid-range but 212hp of beamer kicks in after a while and takes it out. This was the only time I got beaten by any bike so for now, the champ is the Beamer. both bikes are running on 18/42. In one part we both did hit the top speed.

Fix a sticky motorcycle clutch
Had a sticky clutch on my yamaha yz250. This is how I fixed it. Sorry about the audio..I had my finger on the MIC. Basically I took a flat file and ground the ridges off the basket tangs. I made very sure to cut the aluminium at the same angle that it was cut from factory and to hold the file straight. You don't want to take off more aluminium than required because it could make your clutch sloppy. Just take your time and cut down the bumps so the surface of the basket is nice and smooth.
