Amazing sound coming from the new Camaro ZL1 585 horses LSA engine. In Florida just rev and idle, followed by some Supercharger noise. Sorry in advance for me freaking out. Supercharger starts rev at like 1:28
2013 Chevy Corvette v Camaro ZL1 v Porsche Cayenne S Mile Mashup Review
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The new 2013 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport and
the crazy fast Camaro
ZL1 are two of the fastest American made cars that you can buy today. In
fact many would say that these two cars represent the very best in American
sports performance and modern muscle. So why would we mash them up in a
0-60 MPH performance test and review at a mile above sea level with a new
Porsche Cayenne S crossover and perhaps more importantly which of these
cars is after. You'll have to watch this video to find out.
"Refined Horsepower" Describes Chevrolet Performance's Supercharged LSA Engine
best describes the supercharged 6.2L LSA engine that is standard in the
Cadillac CTS-V and the ZL1 Camaro! It is smooth, quiet, and
well-balanced -- all the while delivering breathtaking power when you need
it. The baby brother to the monster LS9 used in the ZR1 Corvette, the LSA
may be the best value, on a dollar-to-horsepower basis in the
Chevrolet Performance LS-based portfolio.
Although it has the same displacement as our 6.2L LS3, the LSA has a
unique, extra-strength cylinder block to accommodate the extra horsepower generated by the
Supercharger. The LSA uses a forged
steel crankshaft, along with piston-cooling oil jets and high-flow cylinder
heads under its inter-cooled Supercharger to produce 556 hp at 6100 rpm and a
whopping 551 lb/ft of torque at 3800 rpm. The compact design 1.9L Supercharger incorporates an integrated water
fed inter-cooler to assist the four-lobe, high-twist rotors in packing the
rectangular port aluminum heads with a denser air/fuel charge. The LSA has
a conventional wet sump lubrication system.
Chevrolet Performance's lightweight all-aluminum LSA 6.2L supercharged
engine package comes complete from Supercharger to oil pan, including water pump and
individual coil ignition system.

2012 Chevy Camaro ZL1 vs. Mark Stielow's Red Devil '69 Camaro - HOT ROD Unlimited Episode 13
On this episode of HOT ROD Unlimited, David Freiburger meets up with Pro
Touring legend Mark Stielow to compare old and new Camaros head to head. Mark
Stielow is a GM engineer with a long history of building vintage,
with amazing handling prowess. His latest is the Red Devil, a '69 model
powered by a 427ci, supercharged LS9 that tops 750 hp and 800 lb-ft. It
runs a six-speed trans and complete suspension from Detroit Speed, and has
won a number of shootouts with similarly built Pro Touring cars. But can
his modified muscle car outrun the technology of the Magnetic Ride
suspension on the new, 580hp, 2012 Camaro ZL1? We head to GingerMan
Raceway in South Haven, Michigan to find out.

LSA Powered 1969 Camaro "Lou's Change" Engine Install Video V8TV
http://www.v8tvshow.com - 314-783-8325 - In this chapter of the Lou's
Change 1969 Camaro
build, the V8 Speed and Resto shop crew is installing the LSA Engine into
the Detroit Speed subframe, and then the subframe to the car. The
challenges included making sure the ZL-1 Supercharger hat would fit under the stock hood,
and then how to fit the air conditioning compressor on the engine, as the
DSE subframe requires a high-mount compressor. The LSA does not. The
Detroit speed headers left plenty of room, but our crew needed to fabricate
some brackets and notch the subframe. We also installed a Jones Racing
Products steering reservoir for a dual power steering return line set up as
needed by the Hydratech hydraulic brake Booster. A Holley LS engine swap oil pan is
being used for better ground clearance.
My New 2013 Chevy Camaro ZL1 V8 Supercharged (Start Up+ Rev) Exhaust
After years of saving my money and selling almost every single GR pair of
Jordan's I have, I finally did it. 2013 Camaro ZL1 6.2L V8 Supercharged
The ZL1 packs a more powerful version of the supercharged 6.2-liter LSA V8
commonly found under the hood of the Cadillac CTS-V. In the ZL1, the motor
is good for 580 horsepower and 556 lb-ft of
torque, beating out the 1969 ZL1's 427 cubic inch V8 by more than 150 horsepower. Helping
make those impressive power figures is a 1.9-liter Roots-style Supercharger that crams air into the engine with a
pair of four-lobe rotors and the aid of an Intercooler.
2013 Shelby GT500 vs 2012 Camaro ZL1 Match Race at Atco Raceway!
We finally ran them! Best 2 out of 3 match race between the GT500 and the

the owner and river of the ZL1. We would like to thank each driver once
again for coming out and putting on a great show for the fans. Who won?
We're not telling, you have to watch the video.

CTS-V Powered '68 Camaro Drop Top - /BIG MUSCLE
Finding the right balance between a well tuned street car and a flat-out
performance car is no easy task. However that didn't stop Southern
California resident Bob Hall from building what may just be one of the best
vehicles we've ever driven. He started with an ultra clean 1968 Camaro SS convertible, fitted it
with a supercharged LSA mill from a 2009 Cadillac CTS-V, reworked the
entire drivetrain and suspension, and in the end, created a car that's 44
years old but feels like it rolled out of the factory yesterday.
