My wife's shock is funny when she seen the door open. I jumped through the window to make them think the doors needed work. I do not believe buying your child a new car does anything for character and of course spending quality time working on a project together builds family closeness. This project car I bought my son Anthony is a Customized 1994 Ford Probe GT that we will customize even more. The car already has been modified with the Lambo ( lamborghini ) doors, racing suspension, ( shocks, adjustable springs, slotted rotors ) Nippon 18" racing wheels, Pirelli 225/40ZR18 low profile tires and a cold air intake. The engine is the stock 2.5 liter V6 with the automatic transmission. The Exhaust is solid single to the rear suspension and then goes to dual with two cherry bomb mufflers. When this video was shot last week there was a split at the Y pipe and that was fixed right away and it sounds pretty cool now. The hidden pop up headlights were taken out and the Toyota Celica ones are just sitting up front. The fenders have vents embedded and the hood scoop is good. It has the turn signal mirrors and HID lights that need finished. We will custom fit the Toyota Celica lights. Anthony plans to finish the car ( with the families help ) with a full ground effects body kit, wing, custom Celica head lights and a cool paint job. We plan to change to the 5 speed manual transmission this winter. In the future we plan to upgrade the engine also. Maybe we will start with headers, true dual Exhaust, head work with larger valves and porting, and better intake work and cam. Then we will look into twin turbos with Nitrous oxide. That might be fun. We will have a blast this summer working on it with the family. At the end listen to my wife Robin. Her reaction was funny, LOL, she thought that maybe the lambo doors might be illegal and we would have to change them. Ramona Rusu's Pink Ford Probe Romanian Drift Girl
We have a special affection for members of the opposite sex who are into cool cars. And by that, we don't mean into having expensive SUVs or Bentleys. Like unicorns, women with awesome driving skills are very rare and whenever we do happen to stumble upon something really interesting, we jump at the chance to share the news. Romanian drift girl Ramona Rusu is already familiar to the autoevolution readership. Her Youtube videos are quite popular and through them she's shown skill with both a classic Bimmer and a Mazda Miata. Now she's back with a show car that she's owned at least since 2010, if not longer. It's a custom Ford Probe with OZ wheels, a full body kit and sweet pink paintjob. The interior has also been completely remade using white leather. Even the stuff under the bonnet has been refreshed, as the engine cover and Exhaust manifold have been painted white, while the leads for the spark plugs and the oil cap are both pink. Built between 1989 and 1997, the Ford Probe comes from Flat Rock, Michigan. It's rather strange to see this old timer half a world away in the hands of an Easter European girl who can drift. But at least it's being lavished with attention. Ramona's Probe seems to be a late model equipped with the 2.2-liter turbo engine sourced from Mazda. In stock form, it was good for 145 hp, but this car isn't anywhere near stock.
