Get behind MCM and show the world that you DIY with mad stuff from the MCM
Facebook for daily updates!
Also something to note around Mighty Car Mods: we are normal guys and are
not trained mechanics. We like to make interesting car mods and show you
how we've gone about it, but we can't promise that anything we show you
will work for your particular car, or that you won't harm yourself, someone
else, your car or your warranty doing it. Please be safe, be responsible
and unless you know what you're doing, do not fool around with very serious
machinery just because you've seen us make it look so easy. Talk to a
qualified mechanic if you are in any doubt.
Hard Tuned Imports 2 full DVD
The second Hard Tuned Imports video was a healthy leap forward from HTI1,
with footage by Terry Vahoumis, Martin Donnon and Ben Ellis. Danny Vahoumis
(Denzo) in his own unique style, takes us on a grand tour of some great
Japanese tuning car events. Starting with the Tokyo Auto Salon of 2001,
followed by an HKS street drag meeting at Central Circuit, carpark and
cruising meets at Daikoku Futo and Namba, street drift at Mt Rokko and
Nanko, plus visits to Signal, Trial, HKS Kansai and even the Trust factory.
Extra features filmed by Ben Ellis are the Sekia Hills drift battle in
Kyushu and a JGTC round at Fuji Speedway featuring Wayne Gardner. The incar
footage from the Supra was actually filmed by Wayne himself. Altogether
it's just about everything a JDM car nut could ask for in 2001.

We Are Driven - Automotive Tuning Culture Documentary
**** Update 10/13/2013 ****
Thank you all for the amazing response. I apologize about not getting
subtitles up, and yes I realize some parts are hard to hear. Shortly after
the release I started a new full time job and haven't had much free time
since. I plan on making subtitles active by November 15th.
I have also had questions about other languages. If you can translate it,
send me the translations and I will make it happen.
I've also gotten plenty of inquiries about part 2. Part 2 will happen in
June of 2014, the JAPAN edition.
Please read the full description, and grab your popcorn for this one.
We Are Driven is a documentary film that has been 2 years in the making.
From the East, to the West, Chicago, New England, Atlanta, Maryland, and
more. In this documentary you will learn what it really takes to build a
car, and all of the passion and struggles that go into it. You will get an
inside look at the history of CANIBEAT, an inside look at the WEKFEST event
series, hear from photographers, shop owners, and those that truly live by
a eat, sleep, cars lifestyle. All interviews were recorded in real
environment and not in a studio. This documentary sounds best through most
sound systems. Laptop speakers, cheap earbuds, and basic tv speakers may
make it sound a little weak.
The idea of We Are Driven first started in late 2011. We originally had
planned on making a "demo reel" for 2011 and my friend said to me "You
should make something different, and interview some of the people involved
in the car scene." From there we decided to completely put the idea on
pause for a year and a half, and tried to gain as much inside information
from some of the top names in the game today.
We thank all of our subscribers, anyone who has supported us in any way,
shape, or form. If you shared a video, liked a video, liked our page,
commented, anything. That is what has kept us going!
